Got charged over $60 to scan a 19 page document (front and back) to send to my email address. They didn't use the copier automated feeder.which would take a few seconds a page but manually copied each page. Would have been 75% cheaper at different franchisee location. And they saved file to thumb drive and uploaded to a computer. What kind of copier is this that need a thumb drive. No wifi? And apparently issue with the feeder.

Plain and simple ask for Alexis. Customer service is immaculate and she simply is going to good anything she can to make sure you are taken care of. She went above and beyond for myself and company to get us taken care of.

Alexis’ customer service is the SOLE reason of a rating above 3 stars, she was so pleasant and made my experience absolutely stress free, normally I don’t have a negative experience but it’s usually not positive either, it’s just another chore to complete. That girl and her sweet natured personality are going places… because in the 5 minutes I was there, I was happy, laughing and smiling because of Alexis. If you ever read this, Alexis, GREAT JOB, don’t change that good natured kind personality you have, it may be hard because the world is a harsh place, but TRUST ME, it’ll get you places! I wish SO MUCH SUCCESS to you!

Where do I begin? Miss Mary was working by herself one morning and she really took her time. she was so thorough as I had multiple things I needed to handle at UPS that day Miss Mary was super patient and the customer service was truly helpful. I truly wish there was more people like her who would give their full attention and as helpful. I wanted to write this review to highlight her awesome customer service as she was truly amazing. I also was really really less that I got her that day Miss Mary overall was positive and her spirit/energy was super uplifting. I am forever grateful and satisfied with UPS even more and will forever love this location because of Miss Mary.

Because the young lady that helped me saw the address was kicking back because its a new neighborhood, so she has to force it. So this time it may actually go to the correct address. The USPS apparently can't fix the error. Employee #266196. Was very helpful!!!

I am shocked and dismayed at the fact that I handed a young woman a thumb drive to print documents from and maliciously all the files were deleted from each folder when there was no need to go into those folders all files were outside as explained. It is a good thing those files were backed up, but imagine the devastating results had the files not been backed up. As a customer, I was respectful and courteous and undeserving of this treatment. This is alarming as now in order to seek like I need good customer service will have to venture far off to a different service location. The manager was in the same room when this occured. Really shocked and saddened. I hope my personal files weren't saved on any of the stores machines to pilfer important information off of. This is how this makes one feel
