Walked in and waited for 10 min while 2 employees were chatting about their lunch. Walked up and the guy said “we are busy we will be with you once we are done talking”. Left the store. Terrible service.

Horrible i stood Outside for 20 mins after they were suppose to open at 10am while everyone was inside eating and on their phones and when finally going in they were no help at all.

Very unfriendly Don't care about any kind of customer service Will drive 50 miles to keep from having to deal with any of them at this store You better watch this sore Verizon or you will lose a lot of customers

Scam!!! Once you get your phones you will have foreign customer service agents who act like they don’t know what you’re saying when you are trying to handle business and will straight up lie and don’t do what you asked for. Not an honest company at all!

What had happened to this c company? Very poor customer service skills. I was worth this company once before when I left and came back..z WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE!I bought my phone on line there on line people sent me to the store 4 times and every single time I wasn’t at all happy with the way I was talked to and treated and there was no willingness to help me and the sales person had the worst attitude and really needs to learn some respect for others! I would NOT recommend using Verizon they are definitely low man on the block now this go around had been the worst experience of my life believe that and know you have been warned about the way this company treats you ! Also I pay for the most expensive plan ultra wide band and that’s a waste of money because I have only had one bar sincei had my phone and this phone drops calls and no messaging. Btw the salesman that needs to be fired for his disrespect and attitude is Georgio I believe is how you spell his name!¥¥¥ to the owners responce. I’m still trying to get another phone since this one has never worked yet nobody in store or on line can help due to credit but this phone should not cause me to not get a replacement phone it should be thrown away and a new one sent to me but I have to yet again send the phone back be worth out as phone for up to twelve days ands get another one your store and on line people need to work together I had them tell me they were in competition but why do they make me suffer for their short coming I’m not involved in their competition I just want someone to care about me for a change! This shamans has gone on for a month and now they want me to pay a bill for the month my phone wasn’t working and neither were they! On my problem that is! Anna I’m now about to lose my job because if all the time I’ve spent on the phone at work! Doubt you can change t confidence I just wanna warn everyone that you guys do not care about us!

Customer service the absolute worse. The young woman clearly did not want to do her job because she did offer any type of customer service. We had an issue and was directed to go to the store to fix, but we also were going to get devices for the business account so I guess she missed that money as well. They should really do better on the hiring process, because AT&T is look lovely based on this experience.

For this to be a corporate store and have the awful employees that they do … maybe I need to look into other companies that know how to treat their customers. I inquired about promotions in comparison to purchasing directly through Apple and was met with the rudest, uninterested employees that acted as though I’m not funding their salary through my service. Verizon’s low standards when hiring are clearly seen at this location.

One of the employees was not only unhelpful but extremely disrespectful. We came in-store asking for help about a phone that Verizon delivered to us. The phone had an error in the camera that said some of the parts were not made with “genuine” Apple products. Again, VERIZON was who we ordered from. Not apple. While ordering online, nowhere in the specs or descriptions was this made known. We asked the sales guy what we can do about it or what he can do about it. He immediately sent us to apple without even listening to our problem. He repeatedly spoke over us and told us he had “other customers who needed help.” He tried asserting his ”superiority” over us and told us to leave. He also told us that once buying our used phone, the warranty will still be in tact. After asking Apple, this isn’t true. Warranties expire after one year, so regardless of when we bought it the warranty wouldn’t still be in tact as long as it’s a year old, even if we just bought it (because it was refurbished.) He provided no information to help, or showed any intention of helping. I’m sure he just wanted to get rid of us because he knew he wasn’t making any money off of us. Verizon needs to reassess their employees.

For my first experience with Verizon, not welcoming at all. I walked in as a new customer, no acknowledgment at all. After sitting there for fifteen minutes a customer walked in, they offered to help him. I just walked out. However, at the Hwy 5 store the associate acknowledged me immediately as I walked in. At least say Hello. Awful customer service experience. Unacceptable!!!

I was told at this store that 2 of my credit cards were declined. I explained to them it was a problem with their system. They did not offer to call the credit card company to verify it. Luckily I had some cash to pay. I left that store and immediately used the same credit card at another store.

What should have been an easy procedure for my wife to switch from another popular service to Verizon, since I had convinced her to try Verizon after my good experience, made it too difficult for her too switch, and understand , so we just left. There is a difference in customers who are welcomed, and those who are just tolerated. They know the difference.

SERVICE WAS DOWN TILL THEE NEXT DAY!!! COULDN'T BELIEVE IT...TOOK HOME NEW PHONE IN BOX/BAG, BUT COULD NOT WORK TILL NEXT DAY!!Got 1st bill after about only 3 days only!!!Bill was waaaaaay off....double + what it should be!!Employees had great attitudes...guy who sold me the phone obviously needs to listen better.
