Great alternative. Had to ditch TMobile after the rate hike. Simplicity plan is $55. But offers discounts when u sign up for autopay & paperless billing. So far. No issues.

went in for a phone upgrade and to add a phone line we had help from i believe her name was Nabria? i couldn’t really catch her name but she was super helpful and nice had no problems at all
