“By far the best vet I've ever taken our babies to. I truly believe they care about my sweet puppies and do their best for them. Maverick and Goose definitely appreciate the loving care! Thank you!!!”

“Great place to take your beloved pets ! When you call for a last minute emergency they make room for youy instead of turning you away and referring you to Westside Emer Hosp like all the other Vets do. Even if it appears over crowded it's worth the wait for the most caring staff I have seen in this area in years. Dr Wright is the best yet !”

“Thank heavens I've found a great vet! I used the same vet for 30 years, but he retired. Have tried several in the past 8 yrs but haven't liked any of them. Dr. Kay is wonderful! He is concise, to the point, and gives you time to ask questions and listens so he can answer! I'll be here until he retires, which I hope won't be anytime soon!”

“I highly recommend Bankhead Animal Hospital. The services is old school. Where the Dr. Fredericks spends time talking to you, instead like other DMV rush you in and out. She explains everything to me. Bankhead Animal Hospital will be my forever Animal hospital for my fur babies. I will recommend to my family, friends and strangers.”

“I don’t typically post unless it is to warn about bad customer experiences, but Douglas Oaks Animal Hospital did a great job and all should know. I had to take my daughter’s Chiweenie in for an emergency visit after discovering he was injured on Christmas. He had an open wound that needed medical attention. The Day after Christmas I was able to take Nash in, got him looked at and got him treated promptly. They had most of their staff call out or was ill, there was a parking lot full of clients, and I am sure most were tired from the holiday celebrations the day before but still they got this little guy fixed right up.They gave me two choices one was much more expensive, but the doc explained that I could go a day or two with just meds to see if the wound heals so I could save money and save him the stress of stitches. I did what was suggested, the vet staff called to check on Nash and he ended up healing just fine with no stitches needed. My daughter took him back for his follow up and other than a few more days of meds being needed Nash was A-OK! It’s cost us about $160 for two visits and treatment. Very affordable care with a straightforward staff, you can’t ever go wrong with these kinds of results. Way to go Team Douglas Oaks!!!”
