“I can’t say enough kind things about Westside Emergency Vet. We brought our sweet dog in during an incredibly difficult time, and sadly, she passed away while in their care. Even though the outcome was heartbreaking, I will always be grateful for the gentleness, compassion, and dignity they showed her in her final moments. Everyone we encountered was caring and understanding, not only toward our girl but toward us as we were going through one of the hardest moments a pet owner can face. Their compassion truly made a difference. A special thank you to their care coordinator, Lexi. She is incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and compassionate, and her kindness has meant more to us than she probably realizes.”

“We want to thank the staff at East Paulding Animal Hospital for the all the years of great care our Dixie Girl received. The day we had to say goodbye to her was so devastating. Dr. Preston and the staff were so sweet and caring. They gave us the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Our family truly felt loved on during a very sad and difficult time. Thank you East Paulding Animal Hospital for everything. THE MATTIX FAMILY”

“Dr. Bell is one of the most caring and compassionate vets we've come across. She has a calming presence and showed so much empathy with our Bella. We saw her a few times before putting our Bella Bean down on Monday and I'm so thankful she is the one who did it with us. We'll be requesting Dr. Bell for our other pup Hazel ❤️”

“This review is so incredibly overdue. We’ve been coming here for almost 7 years (45min drive each way) and I can’t imagine taking our baby anywhere else. They really do treat Hank like he is one of their own (I’ve never seen him so comfortable with a vet!) and Dr. Rox’s vast knowledge, decades of experience, and drive for continued education is unmatched. They do as much as they can in-house (dental, mass removal, etc) which my wallet appreciates, and you can tell the entire team is so passionate about what they do, from the vet techs to the front desk! Hank is 11 years old now and receiving the best preventative care a senior dog could get in metro Atlanta! Dr. Rox and her team are so sharp and always patiently answer alllll my questions. They also have great recommendations for specialists when needed. Thank yall for all you do!! Hanks quality of life has improved so much since we started coming here.”

“This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a veterinarian, especially under the circumstances. The entire staff was comforting, soft spoken, helpful and patient. They walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. I felt good about making the decision that I had to for my furchild with them. I’ll definitely recommend and use them in the future.”

“I can’t thank Douglas Oaks enough for their care over the years! Our dog Lizzie isn’t great with vets and they are always so patient and accommodating. Last year, they saved Lizzie’s life when we came in and she had to have emergency surgery for pyometra. Dr. Cohn was very gracious with us and Maddie at the front desk helped us with our care credit when we were in a panic. They’ve also treated both our cats Milli and Remy with immense care! Wonderful staff and cannot recommend them enough ?”

“Dr. Koopman came to our home and helped us put our 11.5 year old, 120 pound lab with laryngeal paralysis down. Breuer was the heart of our home, love of our lives. Dr. Koopman was so very kind, patient, sensitive and respectful. This was such an extremely difficult time for us and Dr. Koopman was like an angel. We are so very thankful for Dr. Koopman and cannot recommend him enough. He is a very very kind man who is truly passionate about what he does.”

“I wish I could give West Georgia Spay & Neuter Clinic 10 stars\! ⭐️ From the moment we walked in, the staff was absolutely amazing\. They were kind, professional, caring, and treated my fur baby, Monkey Joe, with such love and compassion\. I truly felt like he was in the best hands\. I’ve been working in the animal husbandry and pet care business since 1983, and I’ve been a mobile pet groomer here in Georgia for many years\. With all of my experience working with animals, I can honestly say that this clinic and its staff are **top\-notch**\. Thank you, West Georgia Spay & Neuter Clinic, for taking such wonderful care of my Monkey Joe and for making the experience so positive for both of us\. ❤️ I will absolutely be recommending you to everyone I know\! People need to know how brilliant your staff is and, most importantly, how wonderfully you care for the animals entrusted to you\. Thank you again for everything you do\! ?❤️”

“Hands down the best vet I’ve ever been to. Other clinics had my pup being neglected, having scheduling problems and having surgery pushed back for her tooth infection. Forced us to find a place for emergency in wait for surgery but luckily we found this place who took her within a couple hours. They are the only clinic to take her situation seriously and got her booked for surgery the next day. They were very clear about prices before performing anything and took the time to explain problems, procedures and pricing without having to ask. They are affordable and work with the client and clearly genuinely care about their clients. Definitely coming back for anything my dogs need in the future.”

“As I said I was going to come back and 'spill the beans', my reading review remains a five as I am happy with their boarding service. Since my cat didn't eat like she normally would, I was giving back two cans of food that I brought there for her. Sure, it might seem like a small thing, but I appreciate it nevertheless. At least the employees told me when I called to check on her that Miracle wasn't eating much, not like my "(Christian)neighbors" that lied to me when I had them look after my cat once.”

“My veterinarian retired but I continued using his office for the life of that pet. Now I have a new puppy and wanted to find a more conveniently located veterinarian. Dr Joyce and her staff are polite, efficient, and willing to answer or find the answers to my questions. I appreciate the ability to purchase meds(heart worm etc...) monthly or multiple months at the time to accommodate if needed. My puppy is a bit skiddish and somewhat shy. They have been gentle and patient with him and we have had a great experience!”

“Dr. McLean is everything you want in a vet. I've visited so many and gotten some mean ones that just make the situation even worse. He is sent from heaven and full of empathy and kindness. He helped my cat who was struggling to urinate and was clear about after care so we avoid running into this situation again. Worth every penny 10/10 highly recommend!”

“The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the groomer, Angie, who is very kind and compassionate with the utmost understanding of Sir Winston's needs while dealing with him during his time in grooming. She is kind and does an excellent job grooming my Sir Winston. The prices are very reasonable, and often there are special offers on their supplies, including flea packages, treats.”

“Kudos to Macland Animal Hospital. From the first day we brought our baby Shai and having a medical emergency on the way home from getting her Macland Animal hospital took good care of her and gave her good bill of health. Every since she has been going there close to 5 years to the point she even now goes for her grooming instead of the other place. lol Great job staff who are always so friendly and welcoming.”
