Very slow only one bank rep doing customer service I sat forever in the lounge and the rep only helped one person

Came in for some help on a beneficiary account.
Employee had no information that was useful and acted as if she didn’t want to help .. When she dismissed us , she was more welcoming to the next customer and willing to help ..

Horrible service and rude tellers . They take forver and dont move any quicker when the line is long . What ever happened to GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE . 🫠🫠🫠
