“I cannot say enough good things about Anthony at Discount Tire in Douglasville. This was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere.
I came in dealing with an issue that, quite honestly, I created myself. Anthony could have easily told me what my options were, done only what was required of him, and sent me on my way. Instead, he went above and beyond in every possible way to help me figure out a solution.
He took the time to understand the situation, explored every option he could, and did everything imaginable to help get the problem resolved. What impressed me the most was that even after he had already done more than enough, he kept going. He continued looking for ways to help me get my car back on the road, even when it was something he was under absolutely no obligation to do.
That type of service is rare. Anthony showed patience, professionalism, genuine concern, and a level of commitment to the customer that you simply don’t see very often anymore. He didn’t treat me like another transaction or another car coming through the shop — he treated my problem like it actually mattered to him.
Because of Anthony, Discount Tire in Douglasville has absolutely earned my respect and my future business. If management or corporate reads this, Anthony deserves to be recognized. Employees who take this much ownership in helping customers are exactly the kind of people a company should value and reward.

“The best mechanics to see is Karter and Mike in Douglasville ga... they went well and beyond to fixing my car like brand new.. thry did a full transmission swap, bumper alignment, tires checks, codes on the dash disappeared, fluids check, mirrors replacement, they checked to see if ac/heat was working, and axles replacement.. they do everything from oil changes to tires.. these are good poeples.. ???”
