“Charlyes is a great mechanic, knowledgeable, trustworthy and efficient. He fixed in 2 days an A/C issue several mechanics and even Kia dealership looked without really understanding what the real issue was and instead trying to sell us very expensive parts. He fixed it for a reasonable price.
He narrowed down the issue to a broken wire in a harness that has been missed by everyone else. The A/C now has been running cold for 2 weeks without any issue. He definitely earned my business and will be working on my other car. Highly recommended.”

“Best value in Douglasville and surrounding areas. Prices are reasonable and you can’t beat a free wash and self-vacuum with an oil change. Everyone has good customer service with no frills. In short, get in the correct line for your service (they do emissions too) and know what you need when you get there (full synthetic, etc. look at your sticker/what kind of oil, just ask if unsure). Ask them to reset your maintenance light for you if applicable or watch a YouTube on how to do it yourself after.”

“Matt is a superstar! I was 3 hours from home and car broke down on the way to a business meeting in Atlanta. W&W just happened to be the closest shop. I called them late on Tuesday afternoon, and Matt happily said 'bring it over, I'll check it out'. He diagnosed quickly, and knowing I was in a bind, worked diligently to get it fixed by the time my meetings were done, so I could pick it up on my way back home.
He even piddled around the shop after closing time, while I waited on my ride, just to make sure I was ok.
