“While the post office was closed (opens at 9 supposedly). The marble and old style ceiling and mailboxes was awesome to see. Too bad they don't make buildings like this anymore. The downside is the outside mailbox was stuffed to the gills where letters already dropped off were filling the entry slot, so it was necessary to park at a metered parking spot just to drop off a letter in the insid mail slot.
No interaction with employees occurred because it was 830am and lobby window was not open yet, although the lobby itself was open.”
“The bad reviews are from people who don’t realize they are reviewing this specific facility, not all of the USPS in Macon. The people here are nice, good at their jobs, and very helpful.”

“The ladies are so sweet and take there time but still efficiently work. They know who you are when you come they address you by name. It's close to home and never crowded. It's always clean, although a small place you still can take care of all your shipping needs. They are still old school when it come down to electronic they use the old system which is still fine with me. Very noticeable from the highway with plenty parking. Once you get use to the hours of service it opens earlier than most so it close early as well.”
