“I changed my reservation time online but apparently didn't save for the Milledgeville location. The young lady at the counter wasn't understanding or helpful, even when I asked if my reservation would transfer to a different Enterprise location. Oddly enough when I walked in, she was on the phone explaining how they didn't have any cars that were returned yet, which might explain why she wasn't helpful because they didn't have any cars anyway. I ended up having to go to the Dublin location for a car. Not only was the rental $200 cheaper, but they were friendly and efficient when I picked up the car and returned. I had to wait a couple of hours for them to clean up the car, but it wasn't too bad while I ran errands around Dublin. Long story short, I will never reserve a car from the Milledgeville location again. I'll opt for this Dublin location or drive to Macon in the future.”
