He showed multiple models and explained the thickness in relation to firmness. We decided on the serta which was in the box. He explained it expands . So when we open be cautious. It was a wonderful buy. It slowly expanded and the firmness is what is needed fir my Mom. The quality is more than I expected If you need a mattress, the team at Mattress Firm in Dublin Ga is wonderful. Warranty and return options will be explained with a contract to support it.
