“We bought a queen mattress for my Mom to replace a soiled mattress at the last minute on the day before the 4th if July. We went to Farmers Furniture but, the were closed at 6 lmao. We arrived 10 minutes late. I saw Mattress Firm across the parking lot. Wr decided to see if they were open. The salesman was wonderful. We explained we needed something inexpensive but firm. He showed multiple models and explained the thickness in relation to firmness. We decided on the serta which was in the box. He explained it expands . So when we open be cautious. It was a wonderful buy. It slowly expanded and the firmness is what is needed fir my Mom. The quality is more than I expected If you need a mattress, the team at Mattress Firm in Dublin Ga is wonderful. Warranty and return options will be explained with a contract to support it. Customer service still exists.”

“The sales person and manager were very helpful with my purchase and getting me the service I need. The ladies that help me at the counter were very nice and professional. Everyone in the store had great customer service.
When it came to delivery, I do have some negative feedback. Now the two young guys were every professional and they were a big help to me. I love to see our young ppl out here working and trying to make a living but, I didn't realize that I needed to have my own tools for them to hook up my washer and the pliers I had was not big enough to tighten up the hose so it wouldn't leak water. They did tell me they had it as tight as they could get it and I would have to get someone to tighten it up so it wouldn't leak. On and another thing I didn't like and that was while moving, one of the knobs came off with one of the guys but he said he fixed it. As of yet, it hasn't came off again so I guess it is fixed.
With all that being said, I absolutely love my purchase and I would recommend Dublin Farmers Furniture to anyone needing furniture and/or appliances. They will get you right.”

“We live in ATL were finding things like a box spring is a piece of cake but I was in Dublin and was in despite need of a box spring for my mom. Not only did the Bedroom store have what I needed, the owner was nice enough to take it back when it didn't fit the way I wanted it to. I would definitely buy from him again.”

“My husband and I had just relocated to the area and needed a washer and dryer immediately. So we decided to go to and see if Aaron's had what we wanted because the delivery time for everyone else was weeks out. When we first walked in, the young lady was busy. So my husband asked the young man that was in the store if he would help him because he was frustrated trying to get answers from the other salesperson. We could not even tell you her name because when my husband asked if we were bothering her she said no I have to get my inventory done and continued go about her business and the young man by the name of Prince was nice enough to finish helping us. Then, as my husband was finishing the paperwork and a lady by the name of Amy came in and Prince, explained to us that she would help us from this point on. Amy messed up and caused my husband to have to redo everything, and then she kept asking the same questions over and over. I, as well as my husband, asked if the other young lady could help her since she seemed to have not a clue as to what to do. The other young kept right on doing what she was doing as we were about to just say forget and leave. Prince stepped in and showed Amy how to input the information in the system. We are grateful and very happy that Prince was there to show Amy what to do. If not for Prince, we would have left. He is the only reason I am giving this store 5 stars.”
