“I initially rented a Nissan Armada. I soon realized that the previous renter had smoked in it and the residue was triggering an Asthma response. I took it right back to Enterprise. They were very accommodating and switched cars to an Audi which was definitely smoke free. Upon returning that car, a manager was dealing with a very problematic customer. He did so very professionally without backing down and apologized for us having to wait. I was impressed. I will do business here again.”
“This location went above and beyond for me. I made a last minute reservation and needed an SUV with a large trunk. The employees and managers showed me 4 different cars until I found the perfect one. This is the best customer service experience that I’ve had with Enterprise EVER!!! “This company came in handy for an affordable last minute car rental when I needed it the most. After a terrible unfortunate experience with Hertz & then AVIS. I was left basically stranded in an Avis Parking lot after spending $50 on an Uber to get there. I found this company and spoke to a gentleman named Leon. He was so understanding to my situation, he even offered to pick me up and take me to the Rental Location. Once at the place within 30 minutes i was given the keys to a nice up to date Nissan. The car was very clean and worked wonderfully. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“My first booking experience started off ruff due to someone having the same 1st and last name being on the no rent list. I had to go home and bring back a second form of identification( I live 8 minutes away so I was upset) after verifying it wasn't me I was able to get my rental and Jasmine even surprised me with an upgrade! Jasmine was super nice the whole time advising me to call the 800 number to resolve the issue and she even called her manager so that kept me calm. Thank you again Jasmine.”
