“I got a car that had an expired tag on it. The second one was fine though, it took me 3 days to get someone to answer my call when I was trying to get the original returned.I got through originally and told the representative what happened, they understood and were looking for my paperwork. 5pm hit and the phones were disconnected. I didn't get a call the next day or anything.. 3 days later the phone system finally connected me and the rep was like "OH YES, I remember you, sure come swap it out" but why did it take 3 days? Why didn't someone call me the next day? They knew the issue, they knew who I was, they knew I was driving their car on expired tags so why did I have to reach out to them again?Other than that the service was fine but it really irked me that the responsibility to fix this problem was entirely on me and who knows what is going on with their phone system.”
