Even better is the full-service option where the staff handles everything for you after the exterior wash or even an exterior hand wash by them. They dry the exterior, vacuum the inside, clean the glass, and wipe down the interior. The staff is always courteous, thorough, and does a fantastic job.”

“I recently got my Lexus RX 350 cleaned. They took about 2.5 hrs and did a decent job. There were some patches that I found out after returning home (around the side of the glovebox) that had some dust patches. I would give them a 4.2 rating of 5. The interior was feeling fresh and clean. My wife who drives the car, said it looked much better. So no complaints there.”
“I had a great experience here today. While vacuuming my car, a small cover from the USB/AUX port accidentally got sucked into the vacuum. I thought it was gone for good.
Manager Jimmy went out of his way to help me. He actually opened the vacuum machine and helped me search inside until we found the part. That saved me a lot of time and trouble.

“We were visiting the area car shopping and needed to waste a little time. My husband and I decided to clean our vehicle. We found bamboo car wash. The wash was good but we much more satisfied with the customer service we were given while visiting. There was a lady that took a brush to our vehicle prior to entering the wash. She was not rushing and did a great job with making sure she got the windows and wheels. After exiting the car wash the lady came over and showed us what the cleaners were used for. She also volunteered to wash off our rubber floor mats. We then realized I left the switch on and killed my battery. There was a gentleman inside that didn’t hesitate to come out and jump my vehicle off. It was a very pleasant experience that I’ve never had at an automatic car wash before.”

“I went there earlier today, for the first time, with my mother to have her car washed (exterior and interior). They did a PHENOMENAL job at a very reasonable price. The staff is very hard-working and welcoming and got everything spotless within 50 minutes. It is really hard to find a good hand car wash in Gwinnett (as most car washes in three area have a business model that is mostly self-service) so this really is a gem. I HIGHLY recommend them!”
