Derek Williams was exceptional, he took his time and explained everything in great detail. Going the extra mile and showing us multiple units to ensure we got exactly what we needed to accommodate our items. He was friendly, personable and extremely helpful. My husband and I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage and suggest asking for Derek. They are lucky to have him he truly was the best.
