“Finally, a payroll company that offers customer service! I've been with Paychex, Wells Fargo and Heartland is the best one I have used. I would recommend them to any business owner that finds value in having your calls answered, follow up on requests, and doesn't try to rip you off all the time with add on fees. I already used them for credit card processing and was happy so I made the switch to their Payroll and HR system which came with free New Hire Onboarding- it's awesome!”

“I do not understand what all the bad reviews are for. I had a medical bill $1000 i could not pay off years ago and it went to this agency as a debt. It made my credit score drop about 100pts. So now that i have money i decided to pay it off in full and of course it had interest charges tagged on it because its been in collections so long but i paid that too and i asked for a receipt and they sent one to my email. I had no issues with the transaction process at all. I never even had them hounding me by calling me on the phone the whole time i was in debt. My collections showed up a month later as paid off in CK and even though the internet says this is not possible, i gained half of my credit score back after that debt was paid in full. The way i see it, if you have a debt it is your responsibility to pay it off. Companies can't run for free so why should i just expect to just magically get out of paying what i owe when i used someones services.”
