Excellent customer service from everyone! Such a friendly place that it has that Hometown Bank kinda feel. Highly recommend.

called here ahead of time to make sure I didn’t waste my time when trying to set up a new bank account but when I got in I waited for 20 minutes without being seen, and then was told to just come back in the morning. Change my mind about going with first citizens because they don’t seem to care about a regular customer
