It might actually be two months ago at this point, but I met a young woman there named Kesha Harmon, who absolutely made my day! her customer service was incredible! Her personality was amazing! She was even very transparent about my car refinance options and extremely knowledgeable. I’m not sure if she still works at this location, but if she does, she absolutely needs a raise. I came across this picture of her business card in my phone and it reminded me to leave this review.”

“Visited the Bank of America branch today after 10 + years . The location is perfect and calm and have lot of parking spaces round the branch . Entered the bank and on both side we have independent section where bank employees work for various departments. ATM is located at one corner of BOA .Went for cashier check and waited in the line as other BOA employees attending other visitors. One of BOA employee Howell called next in line , so I Visited Mr. Howell Ferry for cashier check and it was done in 5 min . He is knowledgeable and done the job in 5 min.I recommend the branch to others .”
“Has a 24 hour drive through ATM contrary to what Google maps will have you believe. On the other hand, the ATM a mile down the road is closed, for the general populace.”

“The only person who made the experience phenomenal was Angela. She was the best at customer service and the process. The security guard was rude. I had asked someone to please refer me to Angela because I had an appointment and they ignored me and told me to just go. The staff was not pleasant at all.”
“Two drive through ATMs and plenty of parking in the back. I'm always treated well here, whenever I go inside (rarely). This bank does post some Direct Deposits early, sometimes as much as 5 days early.”
