“Don’t let the best western exterior scare you away. This compares to any newly remodeled Fairfield or Springhill. The front desk staff were friendly. The room is clean and fairly updated. Only downside is the walls are a bit thin and you have to listen to the neighbors TV all night. They didn’t recognize my MBV status and offer rewards/upgrade or know about late checkout. Other than that, it’s a good deal for the money.”

“This is a very good hotel. I have not gotten service like this in a long time. Each staff member that I talk to was complementary and willing to help me with everything. They also change my rooms because of a discrepancy with no problem. Even though they don’t have a bar or kitchen, they have coolers with reasonably priced foods and drinks, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Every room also has a kitchen and refrigerator.
Walkability: The location is in walking distance with sidewalks to several restaurants, including Korean barbecue, Bahama breeze, and a waffle house.”
“I have been here a couple months and this is the absolute best hotel I’ve ever been to. It’s very safe and pet friendly! There are full kitchens with full sized refrigerators and stovetops! The bed is super comfortable and the lady’s and men at the front desk are super nice!
Rooms: All the rooms are spacious with full kitchens, full sized refrigerators, toaster, microwave and stovetop!
Nearby activities: They have studio movie grill and the movie theaters nearby! As well as a mall!
Safety: Safest place ever! Been here for at least 3 months and never had an issue!
Walkability: There are grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and many more places within 10/20 min walking distance! Really the best location to be in!
Food and drinks: Their are a lot of restaurants nearby that you can eat at like Bahamas breeze and some wings spots!”

“Great experience overall.The walls of the rooms definitely need sound proofing though.Rooms: I was traveling alone for business and stayed here a total of 12 days on the 16th floor so some may find this review a bit more significant than others....just saying.So, Everything was great for the most part... I had an awesome view, the rooms were really nice and clean, all the appliances worked, the staff was very helpful and welcoming and the lobby was super nice and comfortable. Parking was although not the worst ive experienced. But if you're looking for a quiet, romantic getaway for you and your partner, I would recommend staying during the week rather than over the weekend and here's why..So I didn't know this at the time but apparently there is a banquet hall on the 16th floor directly across from my room and, lemme tell ya, the party didn't stop until 3am BOTH Friday and Saturday nights and since the walls of the rooms are PAPER THIN, there was no way of escaping the overwhelming loudness of it all...it was crazy loud... I mean it was like I was having a party in my own room loud...so yea... loud?So even though I was not bothered by it, I could see how some would be.. But I would MOST DEFINITELY stay here another 12days if ever given the chance to. Great place.”

“Room size is good, but lacks any noise cancelling! You can hear all the noise and sounds from other floors and aisle traffic. Breakfast is decent, but lacks variety. Swimming pool is not the greatest, lacks the clean water that you are looking for. Bugs and insects floating in the water.”

“We had booked a block of rooms for wedding. They accommodated us very well. Also we had some snacks for the guests and they let us use part of the breakfast room for our guests.
