“Normally when traveling I recognize the front dest or food and beverage because it's easy for them to go above and beyond. With this hotel they were great, but the housekeeping team is so good, that they are so recognizably better than any other hotel I've ever stayed at. The housekeeping staff at this hotel is damn near invisible, but extremely present. The rooms and facilities are immaculate. Leave for the day, come back, the room is in better condition each time. Great job housekeeping!”

“This is a great hotel for the price. All of the staff had been nice and courteous during my stay here. I would DEFINITELY recommend. My tub drained a lil slow when I got here but they quickly fixed it! They have a nice size TV with pretty decent channels, small fridge and I REALLY love the detachable shower head in the bathroom. Book with this hotel if you want to get bang for your bucks!”

“Its very nice, clean, and quiet. The lady in the morning is very nice. But house keeping act like they don't understand you, but stands right their and talk about you in your face in their language. Its like as soon as I go to work they wanna clean my room but when I'm their they don't wanna even come clean what's the use of having house keeping and they act like they don't know what you are saying to them ?. Some times we get arguing ppl next to the room we have or ppl with children on top and they run and make all kinds of noise late at night and couples that argue 5 am in the morning that's so irritated ? when your tired and you work nights and try to get sleep in the morning but can't.Walkability: You can walk to a gas station, restaurant..etcFood & drinks: All close by.”

“The one thing I like is how quiet it is and their location is pretty convenient. Quick access to the highway, grocery store, farmers market, restaurants, they're pet friendly as well so it's a pretty good place to relax. Rooms are decent, beds could be better but they are decent also. No roaches which is a plus. Or I didn't see in the room I was in. So really a good place to catch a little rest”

“If you looking Hilton amenities don’t look here,what I can say it’s clean and affordable house keeping comes everyday front desk clerks are friendly and helpful It’s quite with the occasional excitement we’ve stay there when we first moved out to GA. Overall I recommend it.”

“I stay at this location 2 days per week as I work far from home. My experience is usually very well but not this time. The gentleman at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. My room was less than satisfying. Upon opening the door I was hit with the smell of mold and mildew. The shower curtain wasn’t attached to the wall and the electrical outlets were burnt up and didn’t work. My room was missing lightbulbs,the fridge wasn’t plugged in and I had to move it across the room to find a working outlet. I will not be returning as it is not worth the price. The lady that’s working the desk early in the week is an outstanding asset to the company and honestly she is better than working here.”

“THIS THE WORST HOTEL especially; with online booking as they would loosely say third party companies. This hotel is NOT a full- service hotel; as I see the other reviews; I note that others had the same experience or worst- I thought the experience at this hotel could not get worst. As a person who is respected and have work ? in the service/hospitality-and apart of NE Atlanta Community. There are no words to describe what I see going on this property. I want to say to management; if you treat women and other racial of color with ZERO regard and can't deliver professional and diplomatic customer service, especially when a problem arise. YOU ARE IN THE WRONG BUSINESS.The Norcross Hotels are full of people that travel through or relocating to Georgia or most of all; just staying in the hotel for whatever reason for extended time or living there. Since COVID, there are different circumstances and situation from different status of life and race. There clearly is a problem with you guys taking online bookings; so I would say then you need to take yourself - meaning this Red Roof Inn need to not be online or do business with third party companies.The process is not what you are equipped to deal with as registered motel online. TO THE OWNER: I don't want a sorry or explain how you feel. You need to fix the problems Immediately. Or some will take out the business. Not all of us are to be nice enough to just leave a Google review. If you was on the other side of Atlanta the people would of rise up against you. These acts at this hotel are not resprentative of your Indian or Muslim brothers and sisters in the this business in Norcross/ Peachtree Corners. You are at the bottom of the barrel. Making people pay double because you can't or wouldn't accept online bookings. Be mindful , others are reading your reviews.Noteworthy details: This is a service /hospitality industry.”
