“Our countertop and backsplash were installed today, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. A couple of months ago, I had to deal with a new countertop and backsplash installed by a different team from another local company, and I was frustrated -I could hardly believe what I was seeing. So, I was understandably nervous when I decided to redo the kitchen. But this team completely exceeded my expectations. For us, it was important to have the quartz backsplash in one piece without an ugly vertical seam. Every time I brought this up to other groups, I was told it would be very difficult and that a vertical seam next to the microwave border would be unavoidable. However, Legacy Countertop made it happen in a single piece with no issues at all. They took the time to carefully measure and assess everything to achieve the best possible result!

I talked to Crystal at the office who was very helpful and customer service orientated and she had a technician.Come out and fix my doors. “Well, this has been a long time in coming. What started out as a dream in March of 2025 has finally come true. PK&D deserves nothing but praise for taking on our difficult kitchen renovation and making it an absolutely gorgeous product.
The people are one thing, wonderful, but what made it for me and my wife was that this company was there, without excuses or complaints when we needed them the most. The teams are professional and clearly experienced, clean up each day was a given however when we were all done.. the unimaginable happened. Our counters (quartzite) cracked! Not along fissures mind you, but across the surface in two places. We panicked and made the call...
The PK&D team showed up a few days later, conducted a thorough examination of the material and support structures and then announced we were getting new countertops! A mess? Yes. But try getting things fixed with a fly by night company, or if you act as your own general contractor. The bottom line when you are spending $90K + is that the company you hire better be a good one. And PK&D met every standard I have for transparency, quality and workmanship.
Finally, the follow-up visits for cabinet door alignment and final touches was performed with no questions asked. Wonderful.
You get what you pay for and they are not cheap... but quality comes at a price and I was and am happy to pay them.

We ordered our tile right before their warehouse planned to close for remodeling so she gave us options to pick it up - worked perfectly. When the tile setter arrived we talked about the layout and changed to a herringbone at a 90 degree angle. Because of the tile layout we were short tile - 2 pieces. Holly was fantastic again as she ordered the tile, we picked it up at 8:30am the next morning and the backsplash was finished by noon.

“Currently have a $3500 MTI air jetted tub in master bathroom on our second floor. Im going off memory but im going to say the tub is just shy of 3 yrs old.
Tub is installed in an alcove configuration so the end where the faucets are has a linen closet where we thankfully installed an access panel on initial install.
Recently noticed my kitchen ceiling dripping water after my kids had taken a bath, immediately went to inspect the tub as it is directly over my 1st floor kitchen and upon testing could see water passing in between the tub and the FACTORY installed flange on the tub. This means the flange that was applied from the factory has separated from the tub and is allowing water to spill over the tiled edge of my tub into my wall/ceiling. We have excellent video of the tub failure.
I should note, they no longer make my tub with a two piece tile flange but make a similar tub with a molded/integrated tile flange (like most other tubs) that cannot fail.
I realize that no product is perfect and things happen. To me the real test is how the company backs their product and warranty.
My contractor has recently been in discussions with MTI regarding warranty and I will update this review and rating pending the outcome of those conversations.
Update 05/20/2025:
MTI has been receptive to our concerns, we both agree that it is debatable if the installation instructions were followed correctly and are working towards a mutually agreeable solution. So far so good, additional update to follow upon final resolution.”

“Huge store with many of things to look at. A tad unorganized but most discount stores are. We were just browsing but not against going in there to get some things if we are ever in the area again.”
