“All I needed was 3 measly cabinet hinges, and it was confusing because they all look so similar in the pictures. I called & spoke with Allen and asked him if I could send him a pic of what I needed. He promptly got back to me and told me which hinge I needed. I had to call with questions and he called me back right away. He took my order on Thursday and the hinges arrived on Friday. But what really sold me on the customer service @ HGH is that, while Allen was probably dealing with people ordering thousands of $ worth of cabinets, he treated my order of 3 hinges like they were just as important. I could not be more pleased.”
“We had a great experience with UNIONE !! We were able to custom-build a bathroom vanity in the color we wanted. We appreciated being able to do everything in one stop - including hardware and quartz top. We were able to complete the build and order in less than an hour. We would have spent HOURS trying to find something in the big-box stores that is lower quality and higher price than we got in one trip to UNIONE. The installation was hassle-free and the team was very careful with removing the old vanity and installing the new one, including clean-up. Amy was our point of contact throughout the process and was always helpful and responsive ! Highly recommend !!”
“When we started our kitchen renovation I stopped by ProSource to get ideas for the backsplash. Holly was available and as always offered to help with suggestions, or let me peruse on my own. She is always fantastic even tho' I am not sure I'm the best customer!?
We ordered our tile right before their warehouse planned to close for remodeling so she gave us options to pick it up - worked perfectly. When the tile setter arrived we talked about the layout and changed to a herringbone at a 90 degree angle. Because of the tile layout we were short tile - 2 pieces. Holly was fantastic again as she ordered the tile, we picked it up at 8:30am the next morning and the backsplash was finished by noon.
We've order a lot from ProSource - fireplace stacked stone, carpet, master bath tile, sinks. Holly has always been very helpful and I love the one-stop shopping available! Thanks, All!”
“These guys rock!!!!! Customer service these days is a lost art. It’s great to see a company operating like this who values their customers. I made the mistake of thinking I could fit a 36” lazy Susan in my house through my front door. Rydeck sent an assembler to my house the same day to take the cabinet apart, bring it in my basement and reassemble it. Anna is fantastic as well. Her attention to my order was impeccable. “I like this homegoods store off Indian Trail.It's very comforting knowing what they're gonna have, so you could go get exactly what you want. And it's fun seeing the new merchandise. I also love looking at the clearance items, and things for sale. Most people don't know this but they have rubber pot holders. Works great for opening bottletops,like Spaghetti sauce jars, pickels, any kind of bottle jar's.LOL!!! An FYI!”
