Marquis at Sugarloaf offers luxury apartments in Duluth, GA. The property has been completely rejuvenated and is now much cleaner and very well kept. Residents and visitors notice a huge, positive difference, finding the building clean and the environment very safe. A significant improvement has been made to the parking situation, which is now tremendously better and has never been better, allowing residents to always find a spot. The community's concerns clearly matter to management and staff, who have done a wonderful job cleaning the place up and making these much needed changes. The work to improve the apartments has been noticed, making the property look a lot more inviting.
I’ve been down a few times to visit with a college buddy. The last few times I’ve noticed the place is so much cleaner. Also the parking situation has gotten tremendously better, amazing what a few tows will do. Big shout out to management and staff for cleaning this place up.

What a change! It’s clear our communities concerns matter. Coming home is so much nicer after a few cars have been towed that have been sitting there.

I’m so glad I decided to move into Marquis at Sugarloaf! The accommodations are very well kept, the building is clean, and the environment is very safe. The staff has done a wonderful job at addressing the issue with parking, and now I can always find a spot!
