“I came to view a 3 bedroom apartment and a girl named Mildred was super nice with me!? The apartment was so spacious and to add to it, I could see Stone Mountain from the patio. It was beautiful. The property looks clean and well maintained. It seems like a quiet and comfortable place to live.”

“This community is truly amazing! It’s quiet, comfortable and still close to downtown Duluth! Maintenance is 10/10. They are friendly, responsive and always fix whatever is going on in my home. In general, compared to other communities I’ve lived at this place is the best! The property is always clean. Kayleigh in the office has been super helpful to me whenever I need something, she gets it done with a smile right away. The customer service is exemplary. They also throw fun events like bouquet making. I would recommend this community to anyone! If I could give more stars I most certainly would! The team was able to address the concern and we were back and running in no time. Thank you to all the staff.”

“Great location near downtown Duluth but can be noisy at times since on two busy streets. Staff is great, especially Marcie who is always helpful, responsive and friendly while being professional. Other staff are great too including Katrin, Emily and Mark. Maintenance staff has always been responsive and fixed any problem.”

UPDATE - 11/09/2024
Well, seems like the honeymoon phase is over with the maintenance staff here. We have been repeatedly been having issues with the AC not working properly (it's currently 75 inside and 74 outside and the air is set on 69 pretty much the whole time, humidity seems to stay locked at around 65-75% which is unbearable) and have submitted MULTPILE tickets to have it either fixed or having the 39 year old HVAC unit inside the unit replaced given it's age. Office staff says they'll do something but nothing ever happens and meanwhile we're suffering in this apartment. about two steps away from getting the housing authority and renter's board involved.

UPDATE - 11/16/2025

Huge improvements have been made. Staff and maintenance have resolved all the issues mentioned above. I'm a happy camper

with the new management for what's now Radius Dulth, I have to say that I've tried to reach out to the office multiple times regarding this change but no one answers. because of my work hours during the week and I try to sleep as much as possible during the weekend, it's a challenge to get to the office to speak with someone in person. also, for this survey, it still shows up as The Everett versus the expected Radius Duluth logo. otherwise, everything is cool.

UPDATE - 5/28/2026
Have been having consistent issues with 41 year old HVAC in unit. Submitted a maintenence ticket and that team closed it stating that I didn't know how to use my thermostat - this is patently false - and closed my ticket. Called the office and they resubmitted my request since - from my experience - that ancient HVAC desperately needs to be replaced.”
