“I’m very grateful to the entire team at The Arbors at Breckinridge. Since moving here, I’ve always received excellent service and prompt responses whenever I’ve needed assistance. This is a safe, quiet, and well-maintained community. I’d especially like to thank the leasing office team and the maintenance team. I know I can be a bit of a handful with all my requests 😅, but they always treat me with kindness, professionalism, and a smile. Most importantly, they always go the extra mile to find a solution and make sure everything is taken care of. Thank you all for your dedication and hard work. You truly make this a wonderful place to live. Keep up the amazing work! ⭐🏡”

“Hasani and Farrah are the absolute best! They take great care of my mother who moved onto the property over a year ago. I don’t believe there is anything Hasani can’t fix, and won’t do for her. What a blessing it is to have management who cares for their tenants.”

“This community is truly amazing! It’s quiet, comfortable and still close to downtown Duluth! Maintenance is 10/10. They are friendly, responsive and always fix whatever is going on in my home. In general, compared to other communities I’ve lived at this place is the best! The property is always clean. Kayleigh in the office has been super helpful to me whenever I need something, she gets it done with a smile right away. The customer service is exemplary. They also throw fun events like bouquet making. I would recommend this community to anyone! If I could give more stars I most certainly would! I hope to continue to live here for many years to come!”

“We love living at the Reserve at Sugarloaf. It is so quiet, the community is kept up nicely, and all the staff members are incredibly kind. We have only had one issue requiring maintenance since moving in and they came immediately and had the issue addressed within a few days. This is the nicest community I have lived in.”

“Assalamu Alaikum everyone! Would like to start by saying we have lived on the property for 2 years. We had only 1 maintenance issue with our dryer machine. It was resolved as promptly as possible. The team was able to address the concern and we were back and running in no time. Thank you to all the staff.”

“I would like to express how much I enjoyed working with leasing agents, Emily and Elisha. They did everything in their power to get me in my apartment after I was blind sided by unexpected cost. Everyone knows how costly and stressful the moving process is, so it's always great to have leasing agents who are understanding and who do whatever they can to calm your fears. THANK YOU, EMILY AND ELISHA!!!”

“I have been a resident for over 11 years. I spoke with the new property manager, Ana and told her that my tubs were peeling and my carpet have never been cleaned. She quickly had everything done for me and the two companies were great! I love this new management.”
