In my three visits (purchase, ask and assistance) each one better than the other... My moto g had a serious problem after three weeks of use, an ultra mega virus made it supremega crazy... Katy's wonderful hands, in 5 minutes solved "the problem", it was a laugh! And I asked him about my Samsung A22 and "his problem", he attentively told me "let me see" and that's it, another laugh, he left it impeccable, like new! Thank you very much for such an effective treatment!!!

I went there a few days ago to switch from Verizon and my experience wasn’t the best. When the girl who was helping me went over the plans, she started naming off plans for $40, so I told her I wanted to do the plan that was $25 a month, so she assured me she did it and told me it would be $30 for the first month and $25 after which was the correct info, but she never signed me up with that plan. I paid $46 for the whole activation process and left. The next day, I get a text from metro telling me my monthly payments were going to be $46 which is not the plan I wanted, so I called metro and the older lady who talked to me told me the $25 a month is for 4 lines, not 1 line which is false bc it literally says on your website under deals “get one line of unlimited for $25/mo.” And the 4 lines is for $100 a month. They ended changing my plan to the right one after I complained to them and then just swiftly said bye and hung up. The employees here have no idea what is going on, don’t know what they are doing, and give false information. They definitely need more training.

Went here to change my plan to separate lines with my mom and the young lady said I had to call 611. I called 611 and asked them if the store can help me with this situation and they said yes. And he said they probably said I had to call 611 because they don’t know how to do it. There’s an older lady in here and she looks like she knows what she’s doing but unfortunately she wasn’t there today. Was not happy with today’s service.
