When I told the staff I wanted to buy fish, the staff with glasses on asked me if I could come back to the store to buy fish tomorrow because today we are repairing the aquarium. Well, if you are repairing an aquarium, you should have posted a piece of paper on the tank(s) to notify us.

Wonderful service, I'm always greeted when I walk in. I love using the hotel services and so does my pup. Everyone knows my pup! Grooming is always great, the team suggests the best service for my pet and she always feels and smells great!

I would give 10 stars if I could! We have been working with the dog trainer, Tiara Barlow, at PetSmart Duluth for a few months. I have two anxious dogs so we are doing private lessons. She is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable about dog behavior; their body signals and has many different techniques and keeps trying until we find the one that works for my dogs. She is patient, encouraging and kind, too. I can read websites and articles on how to train my dog. Tiara has been able to point out subtle movements that I am unaware I am doing and show me how to change them slightly so that I can be more effective with my dogs. I am so happy with the instruction she is providing and recommend her without reservation!

My dog got groomed here, worst experience. Hes husky and they shaved him instead of giving regular grooming. Manager was super rude and said thats what we asked. After 3 days of arguing we had apologies from them side. Do not recommend get grooming there. Now we need to take care of our dog and watch out for sunburns or heat stroke.

THEY ARE THE WORST AND VERY RACIST PEOPLE! IT WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE AND THEY SENT ME TO A ROOM FOR 25 MINUTES AND NOBODY CAME IN. I SAW MELISSA SUPPOSED TO BE A VETERINARY NURSE I WAS CALLING HER AND SHE WOULD IGNORE ME AND ROLL HER EYES! WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS, SHE WAS SAYING UMMMM AS IF SHE DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING. I TOLD HER TO GIVE ME A SECOND I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY DAUGHTER AND SHE WENT BACK TO THE FRONT AND STARTED LAUGHING WITH THE VET DOCTOR ABOUT THE WAY I SPEAK AND MAKING RACIST JOKES AND THEN REFUSING TO DO BLOOD WORK ON MY PET BUT TRY TO CHARGE ME WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING TO MY PET!!!!!
