J C was my technician, and they were able to get everything done within a short amount of time. “They are totally not greedy nor will they be trying to upsell you like all Mavis tires and them. I went there with a flat tire and asked to purchase a new replacement tire. They evaluated my flat tire and determined it's still in excellent condition they just patched the hole filled with air checked all other tires all just for $10. Another shop would have took my money for new tire and keep the good flat tire. It was freezing and rainy outside through all this but the man (I couldn't get his name) who only spoke Spanish was on it. Very decent work area, outdoor tables and benches while you wait. Their picture only shows the side with used tires they're selling, not the working side. This is probably a family business because a young man about 14 yrs old came by just checking.”
“I don't let anybody work on my vehicle other than Firestone. I particularly like this location because to is close to my house but mostly because they have always treated me well, kept me updated on the status of the work being done on my car, made sure I received any and all coupons available but mostly because I can trust that the work they do is done correctly.”

“Specifically, I’d like credit JD and Nick (I think) for patience and excellent service. It really was above average. I have generally had a good experience at this location - having just been in with my daughter’s car on Saturday and unexpectedly back on Monday morning, all day, as they worked to replace my radiator. This is a job generally reserved for the dealership, but Nic is special. His spirit translates into his work and customer service. I know who I am too, but I know when people are real and talented.
