Sent my daughter to them for an oil change - they were super nice to her, did the job right. Took my truck to them for an oil change/tire rotation. Had them change out the cabin air filter and something got messed up in that process - they made it right. Took my wife's car for them to fix something another shop screwed up (and wouldn't take responsibility for/make right) and they not only fixed the issue, but didn't charge me for it (ended up taking 10 minutes).
