HANMIPOST 한미우체국택배 Ship Center
3547 Old Norcross Rd e, Duluth GA 30096
“Came in for I-9 employment verification. This isn’t my first time using Hanmipost for this service, always amazing service. Everyone here has a great attitude and goes above and beyond for everyone who walks into the store. Even though employee was assisting me he made time to acknowledge every one who walked into”

Penske Truck Rental
1655 Cross Pointe Way, Duluth GA 30097
“Had a smooth experience renting a moving truck from this Penske location. The staff were super friendly and got me set up quickly — no hassle, no delays. Just a heads-up: this spot is a bit hard to find since it’s tucked away on a dead-end road off Cross Pointe Way. Make sure to double-check your GPS! Once you’re there, everything runs like clockwork. The moving truck was clean, reliable, and perfect for the job. Would definitely rent from here again!”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
2920 Old Norcross Road Ste G, Duluth GA 30096
“The employees were very helpful and professional about what they do, specially the Lady (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name), I would give her TEN stars if I could. Very pleasant experience.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
1800 Sullivan Drive Northwest, Duluth GA 30096
“Technology is advancing so rapidly that I couldn't quite keep up with the mobile-based procedures, but I am very grateful to the staff member who treated me so kindly. Although I had handled the process online beforehand, I hadn't uploaded my driver's license since it was listed as optional; at the office, I had to take a photo and send it via text message, which I struggled to do. It would probably be best for other customers—especially older ones—to upload everything from home before visiting.”

Penske Truck Rental
3755 Shackleford Road, Duluth GA 30096
“Pretty friendly and knowledge staff working the Penske counter. They had issues with my reservation not showing the correct estimate and he asked me to come look at the computer and we compared it to my receipt. Got it fixed, inspected the truck, and was on my way. My return was great as well because I was late 45 minutes to bring it back (thanks to the slow movers) but the guy didn't charge me the extra day. That helped my day so much after the debacle I had with the movers.”

Budget Truck Rental
3446 Buford Hwy NE, Duluth GA 30096
“Hands down the friendliest customer service I have ever gotten anywhere!! The lady and the man was nice I left like bad person for not interacting with them enough. They were like excited to see us. Whether their enthusiasm was fake or real is irrelevant. With their demeanor I will happily deal with rental issues. This is the smoothed and friendliest rental experience I ever had anywhere.”

Budget Car Rental
3446 Buford Highway Northeast, Duluth GA 30096
“This place may be tiny, man do they take care of you. The manager I spoke with was kind of short while we spoke (he still helped me just fine with no issues) The lady though she is amazing! I had rented a car and had a double upgrade coupon. So they put me in a small suv. Im a bigger guy over 6ft so I got there walked around the car and got the keys took off about 5 minutes down the road I realized this vehicle was way to small for an 8 hr ride I was going on. So I went back and the lady literally told me to take my pick of what they had on the lot and I ended up getting a bigger SUV which made my experience WAYYYY BETTER. so im giving them a 5 star rating. They had me a vehicle before my arrival to pick it up, was absolutely ZERO hassle getting it and the paperwork was simple and easy. I highly recommend this place.”
