“The customer service exhibited by Kristen will ensure that I return to this location. The car was wonderful. It was clean, the tank was full of gas, and pick up and drop of was easy and efficient. The young lady with curly hair (I forgot to ask her name) made my pick-up experience fabulous.”

“I’ve owned many different brands and been to many service departments in my time. This dealership is one of the only ones I can whole heartedly recommend and appreciate the entire service experience. I now take both my Infiniti and Nissan into service here, sure price wise it’s a little more but it’s worth every penny to have it done right and have it done in a timely manner. Every representative here is professional and extremely knowledgeable. I live 60 miles away from this dealer and I’d still come even if I live further. Been to pretty much all the other Infiniti’s in Georgia and none of them come close to this one.”

“Olivia provided outstanding customer service throughout my rental experience. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful from beginning to end. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. What stood out the most was her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. She made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you, Olivia, for making my experience such a pleasant one. Enterprise is lucky to have someone as dedicated and customer-focused as you. I would definitely recommend this location and look forward to working with her again in the future!”

“This company came in handy for an affordable last minute car rental when I needed it the most. After a terrible unfortunate experience with Hertz & then AVIS. I was left basically stranded in an Avis Parking lot after spending $50 on an Uber to get there. I found this company and spoke to a gentleman named Leon. He was so understanding to my situation, he even offered to pick me up and take me to the Rental Location. Once at the place within 30 minutes i was given the keys to a nice up to date Nissan. The car was very clean and worked wonderfully. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Hands down the friendliest customer service I have ever gotten anywhere!! The lady and the man was nice I left like bad person for not interacting with them enough. They were like excited to see us. Whether their enthusiasm was fake or real is irrelevant. With their demeanor I will happily deal with rental issues. This is the smoothed and friendliest rental experience I ever had anywhere.”

“This place may be tiny, man do they take care of you. The manager I spoke with was kind of short while we spoke (he still helped me just fine with no issues) The lady though she is amazing! I had rented a car and had a double upgrade coupon. So they put me in a small suv. Im a bigger guy over 6ft so I got there walked around the car and got the keys took off about 5 minutes down the road I realized this vehicle was way to small for an 8 hr ride I was going on. So I went back and the lady literally told me to take my pick of what they had on the lot and I ended up getting a bigger SUV which made my experience WAYYYY BETTER. so im giving them a 5 star rating. They had me a vehicle before my arrival to pick it up, was absolutely ZERO hassle getting it and the paperwork was simple and easy. I highly recommend this place.”

“Great Patrick provided excellent customer service. Even though there wasn’t a car available at first, he went above and beyond to make sure I was still taken care of and managed to get me into a rental. He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process much less stressful. I really appreciate the effort and would definitely recommend this Avis location. service,”

“The room containing all the vehicle keys was locked. Gotta hand it to the two ladies working there this morning though. Super nice and helpful even while dealing with the issue. Still were able to get me in a car that was just returned.”
