Poorly managed, awful service. Impossible to contact over the phone. They seem to be unable to handle hold mail requests. It's always a battle to get delivery restarted.

The black lady inside at the front was so rude . I dropped off pre labeled packages inside and I just aked her if it is ok I dropped them off next to her before I left to make sure everything is ok. She had an attitude to me like if I told you to put it there why is it not ok? I told her I just want to make sure everything is ok and I’m good to go. And she kept saying the same thing. All she needs to say is yes or no. I had lost some packages from USPS. I don’t want it to happed again and again. This is very unprofessional. Next time, I just drop off at UPS . This is very bad customer service. Zero star for this

The older woman that works in there is extremely rude! She was not just rude to me, she was rude to every single customer that came in. She said “are you not understanding English” to a man in front of me. She might not be doing it on purpose I think she just has no social intelligence and does not know how to deal with people. She should NOT be in a customer facing role!
5 months later, this lady is still In here doing the same stuff and holding everyone up! I’m so freaking sick of her !

I received an email from USPS saying my package was delivered over Spring Break. When we returned a few days later, I opened our package box only to find someone else’s package inside. I contacted USPS and our mail carrier to locate my missing package, but instead of looking into the issue, they immediately told me to contact the sender for a replacement — even though it clearly wasn’t the sender’s fault.
There was no effort made to investigate or take responsibility, which was incredibly frustrating. I expected more accountability and at least some attempt to help locate the lost item.

Zero Star. Etremly rude stuff with zero respect for people. They should send back to a training class and teach them how to treat people in a civilized manner. They are not qulified to work in a modern country like USA.

Says delivered to a person, funny thing is I live alone and no delivery came at all, then you call and they say maybe carrier will bring it back, but why not delivery as promised. Now I'm out of items in my package and money I spent on items. I really really dislike the post office, I pray Trump gets them next because they suck. I advise anyone to use others delivery services because you won't get your package from post office, very upset

I had a disappointing experience at this location. When dropping off my packages, I witnessed a mail carrier carelessly tossing boxes from inside her truck into the bin. Many missed and slammed against the bin and onto the floor, which is completely unacceptable.
I addressed my concerns with a man named “Smithers,” who claimed to be the only manager overseeing the location. However, he dismissed the issue, stating that the carrier was just “doing what she has to do.” I find this response unacceptable, as proper handling of packages should be a priority.
If you value your shipments arriving intact, I would advise looking for an alternative location.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the USPS office in Duluth, Georgia. While the staff may appear professional on the surface, my experience has been deeply frustrating and harmful. This office marked my critical USCIS document as delivered, yet I never received it. When I approached them for assistance, they showed no willingness to help resolve the matter.
USCIS has confirmed they never received the document back, and they are only able to assist me if I provide evidence from USPS that the document is officially lost. This evidence must include a letter on USPS letterhead or an email from USPS.com stating the document could not be located and is considered lost. However, USPS has refused to provide this necessary documentation, leaving me with no choice but to pay $470 to USCIS to replace the document. This refusal to provide essential evidence is not just unprofessional; it demonstrates a complete lack of accountability.
This situation is particularly serious because it involves a highly sensitive document, and the potential for identity theft cannot be ignored. I urge USPS and its Duluth office to investigate this matter thoroughly and take steps to ensure such cases are handled responsibly in the future. Customers should not have to bear the burden of additional costs or stress due to USPS's lack of cooperation.

In our efforts of tracking and retrieving a long lost package from overseas during the Christmas peak season, Ms Teresa went above and beyond in the whole process assisting us. Ms Teresa is sincere, kind and knowledgeable. She is a true trooper who demonstrates great customer service skills and a kindred spirit. She always has a great smile on her face, and is wonderful to work with. She tries to help everyone the best she could. We can’t thank her enough and we are so grateful to her for finding our package. She personally called us to inform us when the package was located. She is the best !

So unprofessional! We haven't received mail in over 5 months. We put a change of address request in and here we are 5 months later we try to collect mail and they have no mail for is in 5 months. Then we find out that they never filed our change of address. They also get an attitude with you and don't put themselves in your shoes when you try to explain to them. I have changed with time, but things would have went differently a few years ago. Please do better

Constantly loses packages, claims delivered but nothing to be found, tired of fighting my way through their systems. Don't make the mistake of shipping packages via USPS in zip code 30096.
