After multiple phone calls and online chats to activate a replacement phone sent to me in the mail, I visited this location extremely frustrated with the level of service. The salesperson (I wish I had asked for his name) was able to activate my phone in less than 5 minutes. Person to person service is invaluable and it seems to be happening less and less these days. Verizon, like most large companies has their whole business model upside down. The hard working employees in the stores deserve more credit and pay for their efforts. Your outsourced chat/phone operators need more training. I would like to thank the gentlemen who activated my phone and helped save a customer. I will visit IN PERSON next time I am ready upgrade.

The store is not as passionate for customer service as they were, the order in which you receive service based on your arrival is not accurate and correct.The culture at Verizon Wireless is shifted to Take it or Leave it.

I came here back in March to window shop for a new phone as the one I have currently is starting to play out. At the time, I wasn't ready to commit to making the transition, but I wound up coming across a great phone that had all of the features that I wanted including an SD card slot and a headphone jack. At the time, the sales representative that I interacted with was friendly, so I promised him that by the end of the year, if he and the phone are still there, he will make the easiest sale of his life.Last weekend, I decided to make the transition. Unfortunately my experience was a lot worse and i wound up taking my business elsewhere. Upon entry, I was met with a rather dry greeter. I asked about their phones and of course I mention the free phone offer that Verizon wouldn't stop messaging me about. He tells me that I can only get a free phone if I open up a new line, but there might be a nice offer on the table for an upgrade, which is fine - that's what I'm here for in the first place. He told me to wait about fifteen minutes and so I did.The actual sales representative that I was assigned to wasn't much better. I asked if they had any phones with any legacy features, like an SD card slot or a headphone jack, and without even looking at his inventory, tells me that they don't sell those anymore. I ask if they have any deals for upgrading my phone, and he tells me there are none but to try going to Best Buy. And so I did and immediately found a phone that I wanted. Bought it soon after.I've been a Verizon customer for years - never had an issue before. I intend to remain a Verizon customer, but I certainly won't be returning to this store. They somehow missed out on what should have been an easy sale. Ah well. ??♂️

Do not switch to Verizon. From personal experience ALL carriers are frustrating as heck and none of them seems to make it easy or has there stuff together. But there's no reason to pay a premium for all the headaches. They also seem to be charging you a fee for everything.Particular experience in this store: the manager seemed to be pushing all his very young employees to move quick including pulling them away from clients they were with, rude. They activated something that didn't work as intended that they shouldn't have with the comment "do the rest at home". Just to be stuck and over the phone. Undo everything myself over the phone with Verizon.

I am a fairly new customer to verizon and this location is far from horrendous. I came in to get my wife’s phone and apple watch reconnected, asian guy named alan came to assist us and asked for ID , i had forgot my wallet that day and asked if it was okay if i show a picture he tells me no and asked if i show proof that i have access to my account still no. This to me is unfair as a customer because i am paying almost 300$ for both my wife’s and my line only to get treated like this???? I will no longer go here and take my business elsewhere. T-mobile has better service than this pathetic phone carrier.

Man stay away from this location you have to be the right color to get service here! They're closed and I am still waiting for help only 1 other customer and the other 4 Verizon employees are doing absolutely NOTHING!

LOOK AT ALL THE HORRIBLE REVIEWS.***** CLOSE THIS STORE!!!!******calling Verizon Corp this is a CONTRACTOR. VIOLATING ALL FRANCHISE LAWS, that OWNER agreed to!!**** litigation is needed here. Sitting on SATELLITE TAKING UP SPACE. GO AWAY!!!****Silent racism lives at this store. Condescending guy at the door. He did NOT want to help me. Instructed me to go back to my phone to upload docs even though i was having trouble.. While eagerly waiting to SERVE the Hispanic guy behind me, that didn't want to hold the door open for me. He had to because I am a child of God. BLACK MONEY DOES NOT belong in this store. Go somewhere else. This part of town is still trashy. This store is still horrible. **please run tape VERIZON CORP. ***the stats will not lie. How many blacks are ACTUALLY served here? Successfully? Verizon corporate should find out. ** Corporate store or Contractor. I am digging for info. Could be classaction issue..* he didn't know I was educated. They take for granted these things.

I was at your store yesterday with my husband. According to Verizon, we just needed to show an ID to pick up our phones that were already paid for. Kalvin greeted us at the door and I already knew we were a bothering him. When I told him we were there to pick up phones he said my son had to do it. I told him my son lives in CA. He said, "You're not on the account, he is the only one we can release them too. Guess he didn't hear me! MY SON IS IN CA.!! I mean, if there are rules, then all of Verizon employees should know what they are. Right? Kalvin did nothing to offer any assistance. You would think as a CS rep he would say let me get you to Verizon Customer Service and we can get your son on the phone. We'll get this straightened out. He offered nothing! He went back to his hole behind his desk and pretended we weren't there. I called and woke my son up to get on a 3 way with Verizon. Thanks to a wonderful CS rep at Verizon we figured it out. It was quite easy actually. This entire time Kalvin stared at his computer, talking to his co-worker. After I was added to the account, he said, "I need his credit card? Really? It was paid for in full and you have my ID. I'm convinced he wanted to make this transaction as difficult as he could. As we were leaving, my husband told him he had a personality of a horse shoe, he smiled for the first time and said, "Thank you"! This is not customer service, this is someone who needs to work alone in a closet. I will never go back to that store again. We are new to Verizon and this experience was not promising. I wanted to cancel everything when I left that store. The first people you meet leave an impression. He's miserable and it showed. I hope the rest of our experiences with Verizon are better than the first.

The staff was rude, obnoxious, and mean to us. They were unwilling to assist. We got to the store when they opened to pick up our already paid-for phones and a terse "employee" by the name of "Kelvin" was mean, nasty, and completely condescending - he was no help to us at all. I cannot believe that owner of this establishment hires employees that are rude to their customers. This experience left us with a bad omen about Verizon, it's employees, and their storefronts. I will stay away from this store until they clean house and hire more customer-centric employees.
