Dunwoody Village location provided great service. Love coming here for my business banking. If you are a business owner do not go to the location near Jett Ferry. The staff is much more focused on talking to friends and not helping customers

Simone was a very rude teller. She needs to be retrained on customers service and not roll her eyes while a customer is asking questions about different banking products. Also, she needs not to throw things at the counter. If you don't like working with people find another job! You picked this job, not me!

This chase location on chamblee Dunwoody road is pretty convenient. It’s In the Publix plaza so that’s good. It has two entrances and plenty of parking. Went to this location for the first time and the experience was pretty good. There kept the line moving pretty fast!

Worst experience here. The bank professionals are unaware of there services. I was told notary will be provided first and in the next min they said They will not. Each one speaks different things. Very bad customer service.This branch goal to is to refuse the service to customers.

I enjoy going to this chase location for its drive through ATM. There is never a line in the parking lot and its located next to a street light so I never have an issue turning in or out of it.

Be careful with using Zelle through Chase. Read the fine print! Your banking institution will not advocate for you if you are a victim of a Scam. I was scammed out of $3000 and after several phone conversations with Chase after hours line, an in person appointment with THIS branch, and a phone conversation with Zelle where they refused to even let me discuss my case number/inquiry number with them, everyone came to the same consensus, I probably wouldn't be getting my money back as there was nothing they could really do to help me. Chase even told me over the phone "we don't recommend our clients use Zelle". Yet, it's on the app advertising itself as safe. My local branch did nothing to advocate on my behalf when I went in for the appointment. Don't be a victim of a scam and advocate for yourself because your bank certainly won't have your back.

Banker/ bank teller was rude . When I came to deposit money .. almost made me wanna close my account down and this is the bank closest to my house won’t be back . PSA if you don’t like your job you should quit

This chase bank location is on chamblee dunwoody road right Igor across from the Publix plaza. They have a couple of tellers here which is nice. The people working here are nice but chase as a bank tries to charge fees for every little thing. So be warned and while it's convenient it will end up costing you quite a bit.

MULTIPLE GREAT ABOVE AND BEYOND! Kevin Hires...super nice person. Affable, efficient, rock star status. Came into the bank (usually appointment only) to open a new account. Not only did he see us, he talked to us like humans instead of clients. Opened a checking account like we were just hanging out, almost forgot that was what we were there for. Literally made my day. I won’t go too in depth about all the other nice things he did that day. I will say this though; super legend. Don’t need a mic drop, because he heard us in person. You need to bank here. Tellers were super nice too!

Worst experience here. Very slow in every service and they don't know what is happening to your card and where is your card. Again you have to come to the branch and pay to deliver your card again. Ultimately you have to struggle for every service and they don't respond your email as well. They will give you appointment then you will get no one to attend you. Not recommend to open account here. Very bad customer service.
