“Yup, it's a box lunch, this location feels more cramped then it's sister stores in other malls across the state(s) but they do carry a large selection of items from toys to appeal to utensils like ramen bowls. Staff is very nice, store is very clean if not a little cramped, I wouldn't call it cluttered but everything is packed right into this store”

“For me, Dokimeki is THE reason to come to the Northpoint Mall. It has become my go-to spot for gifts and for things to make my bed a little more cute. When you walk in, the first thing you'll notice are all of the stuffed animals stacked on top of each other. When it comes to stuffed animals, there is so much variety. There are large ones, small ones, fluffy ones, less fuzzy ones, pigs, breads, Pusheens, you name it! I've been coming to Dokimeki to get my girlfriend gifts, and she loves everything. I bought her a stuffed animal panda, and a bee and they have been an absolute hit with her. Sometimes, I just want to steal them for myself! The rest of the store is very Asian themed, with Japanese anime merchandise, kpop gear and even some Chinese trinkets. There really will be something for everyone. The vibe of the store is always lively, with Japanese music typically playing in the background and friendly employees. As long as Dokimeki exists, I'll always have a reason to visit Northpoint Mall. Just be careful when you visit, it's extremely tough to leave empty handed!”

I didn't catch the gentlemen's name but he was very pleasant when he found out I had the wrong department. He asked what I was looking for & transferred the call to Ms. Jackie who couldn't have been sweeter. She found what I was looking for & suggested that I pay over the phone (which I didn't think about), since I was going to come after work & with rush hour I would get there close to closing time. She said she'll probably be off work by then but I hope she's still there so I can tell her in person. Great bunch of employees Hallmark!”

“I was gifted a beautiful basket from a dear friend in NY and she chose this location. If I was her and read the reviews beforehand I likely would not have selected this store. But that's the thing with reviews sometimes...I can only speak to my experience but the customer service I received was far superior than any other experience that I've received at luxury establishments. I was called to confirm that I would be home and when the date and time didn't suit my schedule, the lovely woman offered another option. She then called to ensure that the delivery was made to my satisfaction. The arrangement was beautiful and delicious. Highly satisfied. Exceeded expectations. 10 stars if I could!”
