This bank has terrible customer service. The teller lost my check, but she acted like I didn't bring it. The teller said you could contact the customer and have the check reissued. I don't understand why I have to work for them. They don't respect small businesses.

A lot of the negative reviews are from a while ago. They’ve recently remodeled and changed a lot of staff. Very clean inside, prompt service, nice staff. I don’t bank in person often anymore but it’s nice to have a smiling friendly face when you’re making a deposit or have a question

Unsurprisingly a bank with terrible customer service. Our small business uses Truist but we're likely moving away considering they can't call on time nor resolve any issue.

Talked to a banker about a credit limit increase. I told her to double check that it wouldn't put a hard inquiry on my credit report before she requested it. She said it wouldn't. It did.

Awful service. Tellers are texting, talking, anything but no working. They are passing time. Then you ask the lady question and she is just thinking about her phone conversation and not paying attention to anything that was said.Is Truist a real bank? Glad this is not my bank. Came here on monday to cash a check and the Suntrust worker reshauna was so ghetto. I wouldn’t trust her flipping burgers much less working at a bank. She spoke to the customer in front of me like a parent talks to a child. Very nasty attitude.Amazing what kind of rif raf is hired

The ATM is never working! It is very frustrating as Business account owner that the ATM is never available to work to make deposits, on top of which in a Business checking account customers do not have Mobile Deposit..They have said that this service is coming for a year now and still nothing. I am working on changing banks this is the worst Branch I have ever seen.

Fire this dishonest bank: Suntrust, Truist, BB&T, whatever! I can't believe what just occurred. I've enjoyed a Suntrust credit card with a no-interest introductory promotion for nearly one year for pay for an unexpected surgery bill. When going online to make several payments over one week before their due dates, the Suntrust splash page tricked me into signing up for paperless statements that cannot be undone. Now Suntrust wants $5 for each remaining monthly paper statement and paperless statements. No big deal, as total payoff will occur soon. But now Suntrust's website indicates "The View Statements service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Account info can no longer be viewed. Why would anyone sign up for paperless statements, let alone do business with such an unethical bank? I advise firing Truist, as I will do very soon! Do business with firms who treat their customers how they would like to be treated, period.

Rude and brusk tellers, perfunctory in their interaction, acted like they were doing me a favor by even showing up to work. When I spoke to one banker, got nothing but flippant answers to my simple questions, acted like he had never seen a computer before, couldn't get anyone on the phone to answer a simple question, finally said "Well, why don't you call this 800 number and maybe they can help you." EXCUSE ME, isn't that YOUR job? I'm no friend of bank mergers, but hopefully BBT will fire all these jack-wagons and close this branch.

Too busy talking to help customers. Very rude even with the manager in front of them. Manager did not care at all. Will never go to this Suntrust again.
