“Visited today for the first time after passing by for several years. I didn't really know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. They had quite a great selection for a local store, and most of what I currently buy for natural and holistic health. I was able to grab several things that I wanted to stock up on and the prices were on par for a larger natural retailer, which feels like I win since I can support a local business for the same-ish cost. They also run sales. And have a yoga studio attached. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. I'll definitely be stopping buy for goodies. Glad I finally made it in!”
“Tina was fantastic in educating me with the products in your store. Also love that you offer the cbd/thc seltzers . I found some products to be too expensive, there is a cream I tried for neck and shoulder soreness, it worked great but not for $160. I have other products at home that are just as effective for under $12.”

“Don't know how many times I've drug myself out of bed to Jeff (mask and all) for relief of my typical upper respiratory situationship. I can't say I enjoy the samples of relief he offers at the front desk (but my body always appreciates them lol). but he doesn't upsell he talks you through your symptoms, informs of what is happening and gives an alternative to the pharmacy which is why I continue to go to the Herb Shop through the move and all !!”

“Placed online order 06-29-23. Received verification that order was received and paid for. High price. After 3 weeks I have received no response to numerous emails. Left voicemail but company is closed on Fri, Sat, Sun. Very very poor customer service. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to pay high price for item never shipped or received. After several back and forth with this company I finally got resolution and great customer service satisfaction. I highly recommend their products.”

We had friendly chats during all of this, but I was in and out in less than 4 minutes. They couldn't have been more nice, knowlegable and competent.”

“For the most part the staff here have been excellent since I relocated to Georgia, very knowledgeable and offer suggestions. My only complaint is that if you call you seem to get poor customer service. Answers very short, little to no explanation, and literally was cut off and told goodbye because she said customers were in the store. HELLO I am a customer having someone come in to make my purchases. SMH I get customers in the store but at least give me the options to hold on or ask if I could call back, something other than poor customer service.”
“Rediscoved this vitamins and supplements store that i used to go alot a few years ago. The close at 6 and closed on Sunday so I only can go on Saturday if I remember. The have alot of variety and very knowledgeable staff if you have any questions. Real score is 4.6”
