“Had to run in here right before closing last night to get a fuse, as the one for my taillights had blown. Keith helped me out finding the right fuse, and even came outside to assist me when I had difficulty getting the fuse out to replace it. He stayed well after they closed (we worked on this thing for over 30 minutes!) along with another gentleman who worked there (apologies for forgetting the name) and made sure I was good to go. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the people that come in to shop! Can't recommend them enough.”
“I came in needing to purchase a new blinker bulb and to hopefully get some assistance with changing it out. Michael was AWESOME! I had been to another store 3 days before in search of the same help and was not able to find it at AutoZone. Upon purchasing the bulb, I asked Michael if he could help me change the bulb and he did just that. In a matter of less than 2 mins, he had taken care of what I had been trying to get fixed for the prior 4 days. Michael was awesome and I truly appreciated all of his help! I will be returning to this location for any of my future car care needs!”
“There was a young lady that needed her car ? jumped off. Due to it just wouldn't start for her. After about a good 30 minutes we both decided to head over to the O'Reilly store which really was walking ?♀️ distance from where she was. As they checked her battery it was known it's no good. I helped her get a new battery and I installed it for her. The staff at the location was eagered to assist her and get her on the way. Once we got back to her car ? and I exchanged the battery her car ? started without a problem. She was happy to get her car ? fixed she then was on her way.... A Good Deed Goes A Long Way”
“The staff here are awesome. Recently had a headlight issue and of course I didn’t even check fuse first. So I figured my headlight socket was burned out . Long story short, after finally checking fuse , I went back and got the harness that I returned (with no questions asked ) and installed it again and what do you know ….it worked ! O’reillys on canton is my store for life because of the service extended by John and Alana. Thank you for know what taking care of a customer is about.”

“A few days ago I enter this location shopping around for some parts for my personal vehicle. I had already stop by NAPA auto parts up the road and then made my way to advance auto part and auto zone. I hands down was impress with the amazing customer skill that the employee display at this location. If memory service me his name was Milton. Offer me to price match a part easy to deal with I was in an out with 10 minutes. If had anything to suggest is to get some display for candy and drinks as all the other parts have these items maybe even a toy car displayed to keep the gear head tradition going with the new generation. Milton thank you giving an experience worth spend additional premium as I shop online and for the part more cost friendly but I am always hesitant with return and exchanges with online site and would rather come into a store and deal some like yourself the is leading the ways. If you manager or superior ever reads this review I would want to thank him for taking the time to develop you and as competitive location you guys will definitely win 10 out 10 sells.”

“First i would like to thank Mario and Juan for their great customer service !! I called in the morning for parts for my Mercedes they were very prompt and knowledgeable of all my needs!! I was told my parts would be delivered in the afternoon . When i arrived in the afternoon i was greeted by both Mario and Juan . They treated me as if i were family made me feel very comfortable about my purchase . They gathered all my parts and even helped me carry some of the parts to my vehicle all i can say is those guys carried the whole oreilly’s on their back with service today!! 5 stars for this location and those guys!!”
