“I have stopped in this location on two occasions when I needed a quick fix for my car. The first one being a headlight bulb, which they happily installed for me even though it was already dark. Today I stopped in in desperate need of windshield wipers Mike was very helpful helped me with my purchase and then came out and put them on for me. I've always had the best experience here. Thanks guys for not treating me any less because I'm a woman”

“The team was very helpful and performed a diagnostic test on my Altima that was just in the shop. They gave me a printout. That was so helpful. My son tried some after market parts that didn't work out. But easily switched it back for now. This simple printout was so helpful and kept my on the road. “I had a great experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts location on Canton Road in Marietta. Pablo and Tee helped me out over the course of a few days, first with charging my car battery, then with finding the right alternator for my vehicle. Both of them were quick, sharp, and clearly know their stuff. They took the time to walk me through all the information I needed and made a stressful car trouble situation a lot easier to deal with. Really appreciate the excellent customer service, highly recommend asking for these two if you need help!

I was so stressed out, worried, and overwhelmed because I didn’t understand what was happening with my vehicle. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my car issues. I thought something was wrong with my engine because the engine light was on, but Samai tested the battery, helped me select the best battery for my car, and even changed it and added extra protection to ensure it lasted.
