“I came in needing to purchase a new blinker bulb and to hopefully get some assistance with changing it out. Michael was AWESOME! I had been to another store 3 days before in search of the same help and was not able to find it at AutoZone. Upon purchasing the bulb, I asked Michael if he could help me change the bulb and he did just that. In a matter of less than 2 mins, he had taken care of what I had been trying to get fixed for the prior 4 days. Michael was awesome and I truly appreciated all of his help! Yes this O'Reilly's is swamped with business... and foot traffic...so yo speak...as so they should be .. however sometimes despite their actual reality of pulling parts, order parts, invent,making deliveries, checking batteries and cash checking customer service... man I needed help... and Joshua and Andrew took a time even though they were closing the store from a busy day...the guys were patient and ready to help ..they are the ones you need.. “I was having a real real bad day... and then I remembered I had a headlight out. (While driving) so, naturally, the stress of the day exploded and I had a bit of a come apart...
BUT THEN....
I stopped at O'Reilly's.. and was able to exchange the wrong headlight I bought a couple days ago for the right one AND Ashur helped me put it in and he couldn't have been sweeter and his fantastic customer service really turned my mood right around.
Who would have thought having a headlight out would have been a blessing.
