“Today I called the pharmacy to check on my daughters prescription. I spoke with Lauren, who went out of her way to help me! She was very polite, warm and friendly. She offered not only to check on the status of prescription, but went above and beyond to research it more, and learned that the manufacturer was out of stock. Lauren kindly offered me a few options, and we agreed on an over the counter face wash with same active ingredient. Lauren offered to find the product on the shelf while I waited, and put it on hold until my daughter can pick it up in a few days. I was extremely pleased to interact with such a pleasant and helpful pharmacy technician like her. Thanks again, Lauren!”
“Such a nice surprise- EVERY employee on the retail side (didn’t visit pharmacy) was so nice and helpful. I was trying to get a photo book done ASAP and each of the 4 employees really went out of their way to help. Along came Sylvia who offered to get it done before she went home. I was thinking 9 pm but she did it while I waited. Even helped me edit. Sylvia was the bomb I can’t give her enough compliments! If you have any drug store needs give this Ellijay location a try, such a pleasant experience.”

“Im from out of the area, but while staying in Blue Ridge this was the only grocery store I shopped at. It was clean and an incredible friendly staff. Plenty of room to move around and they sell everything under the sun. Along with fresh prepared foods and salad bar and much much more. I without a doubt will shop Ingles market next time I visit and move to Georgia.”
