Walgreens gives nice and helpful service with friendly employees on the retail side who went out of their way to help. The pharmacy staff is very attentive, efficient and friendly, greeted customer and asked how they could help. They worked hard to get insurance resolved and medication covered, making a huge ordeal a pleasant experience. Customer felt cared about and see a refreshing level of genuine customer service. The Ellijay location gives drug store needs a try and great customer care with a pleasant experience.
Pharmacy staff are knowledgeable, kind, quick. The manager is super friendly also. Walmart is a circus and the intersection at CVS is a nightmare. Why go anywhere but here? Pretty sure pharmacy manager is Rebecca. She and Tyler are great....everyone back there is.
