Understaffed to the point it SHUT DOWN FOR DAYS. Routine refills take 3 days to prepare. If you call, you'll spend 10 minutes on hold, at which point there's a decent chance they'll just hang up on you. Just awful. Rude, unhelpful, burned out...

*Put a flag outside the window indicating that the car ahead of you IS THE LAST CAR for lunch break! Can be done easily if they care ..

Well, they don't fill digital prescriptions, and the pharmacist I got on the phone also didn't want to fill a prescription over the phone. To me, this feels like dereliction of duty.

This is by far the nicest walgreens I've been to. Pharmacist was very helpful and did everything she could to get me what I needed.

The place is nice and all the employees are nice EXCEPT Ida Bautista the front lead. She was very unhelpful and demeaning because I was trying to take care of loading money onto my card. Every other time I've never had issues until today with her.

After waiting 4 hours for a prescription, my husband was told that they were out of stock. This was 3 days ago. They have not attempted to reorder, or transfer prescription to another pharmacy. This shows a total lack of concern for their customers and their medical needs.

Such a nice surprise- EVERY employee on the retail side (didn’t visit pharmacy) was so nice and helpful. I was trying to get a photo book done ASAP and each of the 4 employees really went out of their way to help. Along came Sylvia who offered to get it done before she went home. I was thinking 9 pm but she did it while I waited. Even helped me edit. Sylvia was the bomb I can’t give her enough compliments! If you have any drug store needs give this Ellijay location a try, such a pleasant experience.
