“We came to Press Shop on a Friday evening for the 6:00-7:00pm for the $10 wine flight. The wines were different than anything I've tasted and I've tasted a lot of wine. They were great though and the staff was very knowledgeable about each wine. The shop was a great space as well. We ended up purchasing a cook book after we finished browsing and drinking wine. I loved how quaint the shop was.”

“BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE!!
I needed a fit last minute and Allison (don’t know how to spell her name) had the mannequins styled so AMAZING!! I walked straight in and was able to shop everything off of the mannequin. It took all of five minutes. Usually in stores I cannot stand the way they dress the mannequins lol. Allison was soooo helpful and so was Brandon!!!

They were about to close and STILL had the most amazing attitudes and energy which is rare!!

I wish I had remembered the fitting room attendance name but he was awesome and had already gone ahead and took the time to look online for the items he suggested and gave me a visual. He even went above and beyond asking what my favorite colors were and showing me more than one option. They had plenty of cashiers and the energy was uplifting and positive you can tell the team works well together throughout the whole customer experience from the door to the receipt.”

“Visited this location to see what brands they carry. Walked in and was greeted with a smile. The store was clean and organized. The service was very helpful. I found so much product and accessories my kids would love for summer and back to school. They also carry alot of Steve madden handbags. Good quality product for the price points. They also have layaway and Zip which you can pay in 4 installments every 2 weeks. That a budget saver. I definitely recommend visiting this location.”

“It looks like their is a whole new group in this Rainbow. Everyone greeted us upon walking in the store. Shelly told us all about the sales throughout the entire store. She really knows her stuff. She introduced us to the other staff which had never been done before. Shelly is superb at her job. The store was so clean and the vibe was on point. I think this is the best experience that I have ever had in any stores. I thank Shelly for making this a great experience. “A Truly Heartfelt Experience at Once Upon a Child
I just want to take a moment to share my experience at Once Upon a Child because it truly touched my heart. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to after Today visit. I came into the store still grieving the loss of my mom a couple of weeks ago, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much more than a quick visit. But God has a way of placing the right people in your path, and that person was Darell (or DJ).
From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with such warmth and genuine kindness. He didn’t just treat me like a customer; he treated me like a person. We ended up talking, and he shared that his grandmother had just passed this past weekend. Even while going through his own loss, he still managed to show me compassion and understanding that gave me real comfort. That kind of heart can’t be taught.
Darell or DJ truly stood out He is really God’s Child! but I also want to give credit to the other employees who were working Today. The entire team was welcoming, respectful, they was getting the store organized. You can tell they all work hard and support one another, which makes the shopping experience even better.
Still, Darell went above and beyond. His spirit, kindness, and professionalism shined bright. I truly hope God blesses him for the comfort and light he gives to others, even when he’s carrying his own pain. Once Upon a Child is very lucky to have someone like him on their team.”

“I have frequent this location many times. Please find there's a wonderful worker Ms.Powell/Hinton that goes beyond the call of duty and greets all customers with a beautiful burst of welcoming energy and kindness you never find in other stores in coming in contact with employees. She is extremely helpful and informative and shows genuine concern in wanting to assist you. Even when customers are rude she continues to carry on in a polite and professional manner. Rainbow Shop is lucky to have her and l hope they hire more in the likes of her but in the meantime promote and award with a raise!”
