I can't say enough about how professional and courteous she was on helping me today with an online order that I have to wait on and assisting me with another purchase from the store. Her assistance helps me meet a deadline on a wardrobe issue for my husband. She took the time to research and sell me an item all via phone. Even though it was not my intent and definitely not in my budget..., all Because of her, I kept my online order and still made another purchase today...... “BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE!!
I needed a fit last minute and Allison (don’t know how to spell her name) had the mannequins styled so AMAZING!! I walked straight in and was able to shop everything off of the mannequin. It took all of five minutes. Usually in stores I cannot stand the way they dress the mannequins lol. Allison was soooo helpful and so was Brandon!!!
They were about to close and STILL had the most amazing attitudes and energy which is rare!!

“I was looking for a pair of jeans. It's been over 2 decades since I've purchased a pair! After dropping 40 pounds, I was ready to finally look. As a curvy woman, I had so many questions. A vibrant, young, woman named Crystal helped me. She was extremely warm, fun, kind, & immediately put me at ease. She talked to me about the different styles, mid-rise, high-rise, shared what she prefers, etc...Crystal was incredibly helpful. I ended up purchasing a pair with her help.
I hope to see her again down the road because I'm feeling confident that I'm going to love my new pair of jeans & will likely want to buy another pair or 2! Even though prices everywhere are high, Old Navy has managed to keep their prices within reason. I'm thankful for that too.

“It looks like their is a whole new group in this Rainbow. Everyone greeted us upon walking in the store. Shelly told us all about the sales throughout the entire store. She really knows her stuff. She introduced us to the other staff which had never been done before. Shelly is superb at her job. The store was so clean and the vibe was on point. I think this is the best experience that I have ever had in any stores. I thank Shelly for making this a great experience. I will definitely come back to purchase more things and enjoy the vibe while shopping.”
“It was a quick visit to Carters but it was such a fun and quick experience! I had the pleasure of connecting and meeting with Mhara and she had such a bubbly and beautiful personality! She really took the time to ensure that everything that I picked up was nothing only of good quality, but that I would be able to utilize coupons and so much more! Which leads to a great team of associates exuding the same welcoming & helpful assistance. Assistance = not pointing in the direction yet escorting you to desired needs by offering input & such.I can't say enough of the constant sales & uber coupons that come just frequently enough & without your email account being inundated by marketing emails.I like the price reduction charts that are located next to the displays of discounted items. This makes it easier to calculate the sales price. Even the items that are not on sale still have an affordable price point.Located next door is their sister store - OsKosh (you can access it internally) for bigger kids, yet similar styles & prices. Both sides of the store are in a tidy fashion allowing you to easily shop around.We all could use a friendly smile & positive vibrations - & here you will get both while shopping for the little ones.”

My visit was definitely impromptu as I saw the huge clearance/sale signs.Located next door is their sister store - OsKosh (you can access it internally) for bigger kids, yet similar styles & prices. Back to the clearance/sale, I like the price reduction charts that are located next to the displays of discounted items. This makes it easier to calculate the sales price. Even the items that are not on sale have an affordable price point.Kirstyn, the store manager was pleasant & helpful as I tried to decipher between 6mos & 9mos sizes. Then it clicked to always go up a size for comfort.”

Please find there's a wonderful worker Ms.Powell/Hinton that goes beyond the call of duty and greets all customers with a beautiful burst of welcoming energy and kindness you never find in other stores in coming in contact with employees. She is extremely helpful and informative and shows genuine concern in wanting to assist you. Even when customers are rude she continues to carry on in a polite and professional manner. Rainbow Shop is lucky to have her and l hope they hire more in the likes of her but in the meantime promote and award with a raise!”
“Back to School shopping has always been hard on retail works. I’ve had to come to the Cumberland CP store 3x to sort out sizing and pick up orders. The store manager was clearly understaffed but each time I went in she was very kind and patient. Still asking did others need help while also unboxing tons of uniforms and also assisting at the register. I was very much impressed by that kind of customer service during this busy time.”
