“I dropped into CrossFit Identity while traveling through Atlanta and had a great experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and reached out personally soon after I submitted the drop-in form, which made the process super smooth. I had two others traveling with me, and we were all welcomed to use the open gym time without any issues.
The other gym-goers were also very welcoming, and the space had everything I needed for my workout. While some of the equipment (like dumbbells and accessories) felt a bit disorganized and could use a quick clean, it didn’t impact my ability to get a solid session in.
A really nice touch—the owner waived our drop-in fees, which was much appreciated. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area. Thanks, CrossFit Identity!”
“Disclaimer: I have been going to both EAV and Grant Park since December 2024… so I felt it fair to post my review to both because it applies equally.
Oxfit, Ant, Lauren, all the coaches and all of the athletes are the best.
Having come from playing division one football to not exercising for 6 years, I was very nervous to be around others and doing things again.
I won’t lie, the workouts are tough and they will not feel great the first few weeks - but what does feel great is the uplifting support of the coaches and other athletes who are with you. I honestly feel like I’ve found community and people who are genuinely kind, thoughtful and inspiring to be around. There’s no where else I’d rather be at 6:30AM doing fitness relay races. Can’t wait to continue my journey!”

“I recently became a member at CrossFit Downtown Atlanta and it’s up there with one of the best and easiest decisions I’ve made this year. I’ve been to several CrossFit boxes before and I can honestly say this is the only one I’ve ever been to where there are no egos involved. I have a little bit of gym anxiety so when a friend - who’s already a member - asked me to drop in on a class with her I was apprehensive but Coach Michael, Sonia, James, Helen, and Terrance have all made me feel right at home and like I’m already part of a community (as I just moved to Atlanta as well). You will not go wrong choosing this gym to spend your time and money at. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!”

“I've been a member for over 6 months and have really benefited from the coaching and structure here. I usually go to Caitlin or Kenny's classes and they are awesome motivators! I have always been an active person but incorporating the weight training I get at OxFit has been a game changer. There's also a lot of functional movement incorporated into the workouts and tons of focus on a proper warm up and correct technique which is exactly what I needed to feel like I can safely learn the movements. Everything is scaled so you can start at beginner levels and work up! All your workouts are tracked and its motivating to see the progress and work towards some of the fun fitness competitions and events that OxFit sponsors. Too many good things to say but if you are looking for a gym where you can get stronger with a fun group of people, this is it!”

“I have been looking for a new CF gym since moving to Atlanta in January. I've done CF for about 8 years and really loved my gym and my friends I made there and hated to leave. I knew finding a new CF was going to be hard. I tried one out a few times and even though everyone was nice and friendly, it just didn't feel right. I didn't like the area it was in. I didn't like how it was set up inside. Nothing major was wrong, I just knew it wasn't for me. It actually made me consider if I even wanted to continue doing CF anymore. Im 40 now and I just didn't know if I had it in me anymore. I started going to a regular gym, Using machines and dumbbells. I hated having to come up with my own workouts and not being in a group setting gave me absolutely no motivation to go. And it was very crowed by the time I'd get off work and get there. I found CrossFit RX when I drove past it one day. I was already discouraged about working out, but I said I'd give it one more try. I did 2 drop in classes and then I got my membership. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I like the space, and equipment is clean. It reminded me of my old CF gym and the vibes were vibing. I know it can't replace my old gym and my friends I made there, but it's making starting a new CF a little easier. Im excited to get back into a routine.”

I also appreciate the energy in the gym—it's intense in the best way possible. Everyone’s focused, supportive, and pushing themselves, which makes it a great place to stay motivated.
