“Ja’nyla was wonderful! She was very patient with our questions as we were looking to purchasing a pet hamster for our children. She even educated us on how to care for it. The overall experience was great, but Ja’nyla enhanced it by simply being customer oriented, kind and patient throughout the entire process. Please promote her. She’s a real jewel!”

“If you have a pet, Park Pet Supply is truly a one-stop shop for all your needs. They carry everything from food and toys to a wide range of other supplies. The staff is always super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve shopped here several times since moving to the area, and on my most recent visit, I had the chance to work directly with the owner. He really knows his stuff when it comes to pet health and nutrition, which gave me a lot of confidence in what I was buying. Thanks for everything—you’ve definitely gained a customer for life!”

“We’ve been here several times with our Great Pyrenees mix - they notoriously don’t like to be handled. Soren treats buckles with such patience and kindness and my pup always looks so beautiful on the way out!!! So grateful to find this place with wonderful staff who love animals, and our favorite groomer Soren. I don’t have a hair stylist I always go to…. But my dog sure does!!!”

“Rebel Raw gave our senior cat a wonderful last two months on earth before she went to be with Jesus. Our kitty had multi organ failure and was refusing all food and nearing the end, but after hearing about the “crunchy” way of nourishing pets, I thought offering raw was worth a try… and she ended up LOVING the “chicken with salmon vibes.” She was like a kitten again the last two months of her life, suddenly curious and agile again, and affectionate, and would chirp with excitement when I’d get a dish down for her from the cupboard. She’d never loved food more! Feeding her raw made mealtime more of a shared 15 minute moment for us instead of her just eating dry kibble out of sight, as she’d done for years before discovering a more holistic alternative. I’m so glad she got to have good food for her last couple of months on earth and I only wish I’d started it sooner! Additionally, it meant a lot to me that Rebel Raw employees went out of their way to send me a card with their condolences. Thank you for that kind gesture!”

“This store is crewed by an outstanding staff. I’m always so happy to see River and their coworkers, and they remember enough about my cats that they can find a clearance toy all the way at the bottom of the bin and hold it for me. They’ve earned my loyalty many times over.”

“Sadie provided an absolutely outstanding experience during my visit this past weekend. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about every question I had. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond—she even held my pup so I could grab another item without any stress. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and takes pride in helping customers (and their pets). On top of that, she mentioned she was actually filling in from another location, which makes her dedication even more impressive. Pet Wants is lucky to have someone like Sadie on their team—she’s a true asset. Keep her!”
