They are very friendly and patient whenever we have a question or need an appointment, they are extremely knowledgeable about all the requirements and regulations, they are proactive to call USDA and others to ensure they are doing the necessary steps, and they are super friendly and caring with my dog. They even fit us in at the LAST minute to complete one unexpected assessment the day of the flight. They have been just wonderful! We highly recommend VCA College Park!”
