“I just wanted to reach out to you to let you know that I’m still waiting on the pet paradise review forms that way I can leave a review. However, in the meantime, I would like to tell you about my experience since you came into pet paradise to rectify the situation. I was having with the feeding of Oliver Twist. I just wanna let you know that since that day, everything has been working out well with them actually documenting when they feed him and that really helps. But I also wanna highlight a few of the people that work there that have done an amazing job since Oliver‘s been there as as well as when my previous Dog beans who passed away last year. So starting with last night, the person DJ was a really big help for me last night because being a flight attendant sometimes we end up having issues with coming in late and they got to the point where we had so many delays that I was late picking him up and he stayed until I got there to pick up Oliver. I really appreciate it because ever since my dog beans passed away last year, I’ve had high anxiety and haven’t been able to sleep so when I got Oliver, it really helped because now I’m sleeping at least a couple more hours a day prior to. Also coming with that I wanna highlight Rita, Drea and kam who always seems to be there as much as I work and has also helped with making sure that I’m never not being able to pick up Oliver and I want to say Shayla. I hope I didn’t miss anybody but to me they have made it to where I feel like they treat me like family and they have also become a part of all of her family treating him really well making sure that nothing goes wrong and also make sure that they tell me if anything is wrong with Oliver. A lot of places don’t do that. I hope that this reaches you and I hope that you let them know how appreciative I am and how much they are appreciated. They work so hard and I hope that they are recognized for everything that they do. It takes a special person to take care of the animals that we call family. Have a blessed day”

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience here with our 12-year-old dog, Stamper. Caring for a senior dog comes with a different set of emotions, especially as you start recognizing that the years ahead are more limited than the years behind you. The entire team handled that with an incredible amount of kindness, patience, and empathy. Our veterinarian took the time to talk through Stamper’s aging, his heart murmur, his current quality of life, and what we may need to think about in the years ahead. We never felt rushed or pressured into testing or treatment. Instead, the conversation stayed focused on what matters most to us: keeping him comfortable, happy, and enjoying his life for as long as possible. It was an emotional visit, but I left feeling like Stamper was genuinely cared for as more than just another patient. Having a veterinary team that understands how much a senior dog means to a family is incredibly important. We’re very grateful for the compassion they showed both Stamper and us. 5/5 without hesitation.”

“I am so happy to have found this vet! I was worried about something I found on my dogs cheek, they got me in the very next day and took great care in checking her. She can be quite frightful at the vet but this appointment was the best she has ever done. The patience (and treats) went a long way with her and it showed in her demeanor and allowed for a more through examination. Everything was clearly explained to me and all questions were answered without feeling rushed at all. The quote was outlined to me before anything was done and there was no push to do more than was needed. Me and my pets have found our vet 😻 Thank you EAAC!”

“Amazing Service and Staff - Gave me a list of options on the phone that might better suit my pets needs due to his condition(surgery or hospitalization was a possibility) but ultimately I decided that I wanted him examined immediately so took him in. Greeted warmly and promptly roomed, amazing ladies at the receptionist desk. Wait and service wasn’t too long it was about a 1.2 hour visit maybe slightly less. Gave me a list of options in detail that might suit my pets needs and the Dr. even compacted the list to suit my budget. He was given injections and tested for pancreatitis, given two medications. I paid $555 I believe for the treatment plan that I felt was best and most necessary for my dog, in comparison to the 1540$ that I was initially presented with, they didn’t push or hassle me to spend more than I was comfortable with. That was Wednesday afternoon and as of Saturday morning he seems like he’s back to his regular self, each day with medication and Rebound he seems to improve significantly, taking in food, using the bathroom regularly. François and I thank you guys, definitely will recommend hopefully he stays in good health and we won’t need any visits any time soon but if we do we know who to call. He’s still wearing the scarf you guys gave him.”

“I don't have a pet right now, so writing a review for any sort of animal services isn't usually in my wheelhouse. I found a baby bunny yesterday on my driveway. I was able to get in touch with someone experienced with animals in my local Facebook group who suggested calling Ormewood Animal Hospital in the morning when they open, as well as other services (like Aware Wildlife Center). I called right around 8AM when they opened. They were able to take it in! When I arrived, they were all VERY nice, helpful, and knowledgable. I'm so grateful. Thank you so much for helping me this morning and all that you guys do. Ormewood is so lucky to have you in the neighborhood.”

Answered all questions which was appreciated as well. I would say it is a professional for the area environment but I think they care about the animals. My boy is back up and running so whatever they did worked and I’m extremely thankful. I did pay $1000 but can’t put a price on health right lol”

Everyone was professional and I left happy. Im not sure if the price was reasonable or not as this is my first puppy. I use VetCo because they partner with my Insurance.”
