She is always so nice she helpful she takes time with each and every customer that she comes across there is never a moment where Erica don’t show uncertainty. Today I saw a customer that was soooo rude to Erica I just wanted to jump in and take over the conversation. Erica did a really good job with maintaining a good attitude and still showed great customer service. That customer said she was never going to come back and I hope she doesn’t she was so mean and rude. All those girls at Lane Bryant are always nice and helpful.”
